The permits will be good if they come immediately however this is doubtful. My question is with money running low and production hardly sky rocketing how are they planning on looking or expanding to new assets?! That’s right the agreed placing that everyone seems to have forgotten about. How else will they get cash to buy a decent asset?

Seems to be a lot of confidence these permits are coming this week! Not sure where that info is coming from as it’s just speculation. People just need to revisit the last couple of rns’s to see where this company is currently at. I sense disappointment by Friday. Although no doubt there will be a pump before the awaited placing appears imo

IMO the placing will be a lot lower. They are not going to get a premium placement away imo

How is it under valued in the current situation it finds itself. I am surprised such large buys are going through as when the raise comes it will be so much cheaper imo. May be they are hoping for a spike pre placing as sometimes happens.....

Eventually you are correct. However the actual case could cost thousands and take an awfully long time the costs are covered up front by AST then IF they win the court can order a full reimbursement by the losing party! So where do they get the cash to support the case initially and what happens if it drags on or worst case scenario they lose and have to pay out even more? By the way you can google that and see for yourself

I’m not sure how stating what is in rns’s is deramping. They must be deramping there own company. Speculation is great but not factual and lead people in the wrong direction by stating the permits are due next week. The company needs cash to progress in any direction whether it be legal fight against a government or new business in Croatia

I cannot see on the recent rns that the permits are going to be issued?! In fact quite the opposite. 1) there has been no meeting yet between AST and the government. For the government this is not a priority in fact there annoyed and probably being differcult due to investors sending in silly emails that they are now investigating officially. 2) revenue is down by 30% and surely any legal battle will cost a few quid who and how is this going to be payed for. 3) there is a potentially heavily discounted placing on route that was agreed to by existing shareholders at the recent agm. This will come whether or not you like it. 4) they are now looking at Croatia who an earth is going to pay for a new investment there? That’s right the placing will pay! 5) the directors here have VERY little skin in the game and are now back in a position to buy. Have they or will they? No because they know they need money to continue this farce. The above is not deramping it’s facts. Stating the permits are coming next week is just nonsense.

Are you actually having a laugh?! Did you read the rns yesterday? The permits are highly likely to never appear. That is why they are now looking at Croatia not that they have any money to buy anything as that will take dilution

Why is everyone still ignoring the facts here!!! 1) a lawsuit is required for any future hope of getting the permits this will be drawn out if it even happens!! 2) revenue for the last month is down burning more cash! 3) a placing has been agreed by the shareholders and board to support the buyer. The buyer no longer exists but I bet the placing will come.... why you ask?? There is no proof you say??! 4) Croatia! How are they buying or looking at new investment opportunities!?!’ That’s right placing required to pay as I doubt a credit card will do it! The above is fact not speculation It is as per rns. Mediators, buyers etc where are they mentioned in the rns??? Hmmm And why aren’t the directors buying at these so called amazing prices??!! Because they know what’s coming. But they will be happy to spend your money until the sp is zero imo

Stockdale. You have failed to mention who and how they will be paying for the legal action. The fact revenues are down and how an earth they plan on financing a new project in Croatia. If they believe in this company the directors will be buying at this price as they have very little invested at the moment so not much to lose! Dilution is coming to cover the above imo and at what price?

Bradis have you read the rns? It’s terrible even without the permit news revenue is down for November and there’s no money for anything in Croatia. So where’s the money coming from?

Looking at volume and issues I’m expecting an rns. Could be interesting but I could also be wrong!! Popcorn at the ready. IMHO
