The initial raise will not cover the costs of a long drawn out court case. Nothing in court nor at government level happens quickly in any country let alone there!

I don’t disagree but it will be expensive and long winded that’s why the raise will come quick imo

Surely they will want to start legal proceedings ASAP 1) To get the ball rolling on the permit applications 2) apply for compo for unjust delays and costs involved. This will cost a lot so will need to get the cash in quick imo

And then there’s the concern that placing money will be used to support a champagne lifestyle as opposed to sorting the many issues this company has!

But the placing will be clearly announced before Christmas so it will less than what the current share price is now imo. Regardless of yes or no it still has its back against the wall. The permits are some way off as political involvement will slow things up massively. I am sure AST is not top priority for the government if you think it is you need to look at the country’s local issues that will trump this!! The placing will be hugely discounted regardless of the current sp or the near future one just to get it away. The risks are massive with huge potential for a long drawn out court case costing lots!

I would be demanding an idea of the placing price he has in mind if a yes comes!! It will surprise many how low it could potentially be imo

Small buys covering those cutting larger positions. Big risk here now. I note the 3p in 3 weeks brigade are all long gone

He will use option ASAP as the longer this takes to sort the lower the raise price simples

If the market believed the permits were on route the volume on here would not be like it is. What we have seen is large recent spikes in the sp followed by large sells letting investors out. Some would call it manipulation. Hopefully more details on where this is going tomorrow
