There is no reason to buy this until several HUGE issues are sorted out! 1) The permits. Why has this not moved forward over the last week. Why has Colin not managed to arrange the meetings necessary with the prime minister etc. Anything political in any country takes time to sort out look at the uk!!! 2) meeting tomorrow. A no vote could lead the company into eventual closure. A yes vote equals dilution and at what price?? Much lower than this that is for sure anyone looking at this company at the moment will only want to buy at a massive discount. Anyone believing that it’s only permission to potentially dilute and that one won’t actually come is living in cloud cuckoo land imo as the longer this takes the more cash will be burned. 3) the unknown mystery potential buyer must be looking at all of this and rubbing his hands together deciding what ridiculously cheap offer he can get away with IF the permits turn up. Then we have the current liquidity which is poor and the overall market which is also very poor. At least the calls of 3-5pm’s have now stopped!! Tomorrow will be interesting

Few issues to clear up before this takes off don’t you think?? 1) meeting with minister 2) permits is it happening or not 3) meeting to discuss increase share issue ie future raise or raises 4) buy out company and price This will not all happen overnight regardless of the hopeful speculation

The vote to me irrelevant. This will either boom with permits in the next couple of weeks or sink with further dilution, permit delay or cancellation and then expensive court cases. Let’s see what happens I have stocked up on popcorn!

Sorry it’s a vote to give permission to the md to dilute when ever he feels it maybe appropriate. I.e ASAP imo

I didn’t see in the rules that I needed to be to comment on this board?! I never disclose my positions. Why are people uncomfortable with me posting legitimate issues about this share? This board and my comments will have no effect here n anything. Surely the placing price is a key question?

I am expressing an opinion there’s nothing in my post trying to influence the vote! My question is at what realistic price is the placing going to be at looking at the company’s current situation? I have been right about this company so far and have been consistently abused by the ramp crew who are all in denial. I also understand that if a no vote comes that could put the company into dire straits which is not ideal for anyone. Surely though it’s about time the directors put some more skin in the game rather than just taking money out?

The critical issue for the placing is not only the vote but at what price? The company is hardly in a great state until the issues with the government are resolved which could come quick but could also take months maybe years. It’s nice to see that this board actually now believe a placing is coming. IMO there will be no news from the government until after the meeting

I am concerned that if no news comes before the general meeting the new strategic partner that Colin is raving about might have extra leverage in the placing price etc. There is without doubt a placing coming here! At what price? Certainly not above .40 imho. It’s about time people on here stop speculating and removed the rose tinted glasses

Look at twitter and you will see those responsible for the emails then look at their twitter accounts. Clearly holders of AST. Wolfofwoking etc etc doing you guys on here no favours at all
