With you all the way James - why let the trolls take up time and space on this Board when if they were all greenbinned (or at the very least ignored and NOT responded to) they would, without a doubt, slope off to a Board where they can get a reaction and feel part of something. With so much news about to break, I would much prefer focused debates and sharing, rather than being distracted by time wasting trolls who spout any old rubbish!! VGLA and HAGW - C’mon England!!!

Hi Ben - surprised you fell for whatever trap Nine laid out for you - by responding directly to him you’ve given him some more oxygen to keep posting. I wouldn’t give tuppence for Nine’s opinion on anything, because he’s just trying to solicit responses and would say anything to achieve that imho. Anything could happen here next and I don’t believe it will be negative as Nine normally proclaims. Good luck to you and all true Greatlanders!!

I’m trying to contain my excitement but I do think all Lthers here deserve a respite from what has been a pretty tough three and a half years!! We’ve had lots of good news along the way but now we need the news that truly will catapult us all forwards - hopefully not long now!!

Yes I agree with Ace great post Panama and I think James and MH are on point with the reasons Dean has joined little ol’ GGP as our new CFO. I do think Twiggy may have had something to do with this appointment and imho I think it may (just may) be something to do with Shaun’s pedigree. In my personal experience a CFO that becomes CEO/MD find it hard to let go of their previous expertise (once an Accountant, always an Accountant!!) Perhaps Shaun spoke with Twiggy (or vice versa) to say he was getting drawn too much into the CFO requirements to the detriment of his CEO/MD role. By bringing in someone of Dean’s calibre, this not only frees up Shaun even more, but places a safe pair of hands around negotiations with the Banks. As has been pointed out by James and MH, Dean would not just sacrifice his career security to “help out” - he must have been enticed with “wiifm” as well as the challenge. This ALL bodes well for GGP’s future imho!!! VGLA.

Hey SAS - MH is spot on - Nine just sets traps all over the place to get people to respond to him in his sad lonely flat behind his screen - just ignore or greenbin imho but I know Tymers caught me out earlier this week before I eventually greenbinned him (like Nine) for good!!

If you want to wallow in negativities Saber, be my guest. There's enough negativities in the world around us to want anymore on here. Two ways of looking at anything - positively or negatively - I know which I prefer to advocate, do you??
