S2020 I agree SEE should tell Cenkos if there is a need to issue shares to fill the gap. Which, as of now, it does not appear SEE has advised Cenkos. Whatever, the uncertainty continues. It takes a while to change the culture of a company and changes have been made but the cycling club still has the same boss as it had last summer. That doesn't add to SEEs credibility.

It's been mentioned before Jack ain't one to issue more shares if he can help it. It's also a fact that out of the over-engineered G2, we ended up with BdMS which are now involved in several pilots (hopefully with the main players) all of which should come to fruition in 2019 (is that the calendar year or financial year?) and may, according to Semicast, fill the gap. On top of it all we have a new CFO who I believe has experience in raising funds in other ways and potentially existing customers coming to the market earlier than thought even though not in this financial year. However, it's true, the SP seems to be nailed down at 5p which may be deliberate but could be due to the funding uncertainty. So, whatever is the answer, please give it to the market SEE!

So, the EU is on the brink of DMS legislation where not surprisingly the emphasis is on safety and as such an OEM sometime in the not to distant future will have to have installed a 'safety' feature, not a 'convenience' feature in order to sell in the market. So would a global OEM offer 'safety' in one market and 'convenience' in another? Yes, our low key approach is confusing. I remember Ken saying the 'industry' wouldn't allow one company to dominate the DMS market, that 2 to 4 players would be involved. Well, surely he knew when he said that that if 'safety' DMS' were mandated, other competitors offerings were not up to the job and that by default SEE (and Nvidia with it's power consumption issues) were the only alternatives, for at least Europe and quite probably most other places by default. By comparison Martin Krantz goes big saying Smart Eye is looking for 60% of the market. Surely, he knows exactly what Ken knows! Now, which one is overpromising and which one underpromising?

I don't believe we will ever SEE announcing a profit as after it has issued RNS after RNS a suitor will be waiting. Maybe, there already is. More than one suitor would be good.

According to our friend Colin the recent vote has led to DMS being required as a safety feature and Colin has split the available DMS, via ability to do the job, into safety and convenience and has listed them so - Safety - Nvidia, Seeing Machines Convenience - Jungo, Smarteye and the rest So, if it is a safety issue, there are only two alternatives, Nvidia and Seeing Machines and Nvidia has power consumption issues so who, in Europe, do you think OEM's will choose in order to comply with the new legislation? And if an OEM is putting it in a model for the European market, will they differentiate between one for Japan, China or the USA? So unless Colin has read it wrong, until SEYE upgrade their offering, SEE has at least two years with virtually no competition. So other than getting the funding issue sorted, the future's bright. As Semicast said, all will be clear by June, 2019 that is!
