Panmures previous note stated the 28p related purely to auto so if anything, like Cenkos, allowing for dilution it should be in the region of 18/19p and surely not the placement price. Either it's just lazy or Panmure has a real downer on our Ken, I don't think they were too keen last September. Or it could be a question of 'the placement is for 3p and until we see sight of further business, we would hold at 3p'. Panmures assumptions are a lot more conservative than SEEs. Who'd have thunked it!
