RE: What Happens Next11 Dec 2024 15:46
GETJD ---sorry if your friend has had a bad time, but I think that goes for all creditors and us LTSH alike.
-I have held the faith (couldn't do anything else while the SP is suspended), and am confident that this whole saga is about to come to an end and the problems (and creditors) will unwind one after the other.
--I can only go by what has been said in the RNS, that things are taking place which will resolve all issues and outstanding debts, starting with the loan Guarantee, --------and as we have heard nothing to the contrary, i believe this is still very much the case.----so we wait.
-
--You may be genuine in what you say (who knows on a BB), but your timing is at best "unfortunate", as you are being viewed under the likes of Afa, Call, and Black Swan, all of which have either an axe to grind or an agenda.
-Anyone can form a bad outlook by the course of recent events, -but -you can also paint a much rosier outlook as well, and I think you may well have spotted this for yourself, as your last post describes.
-----" Another positive that I have seen so far, is that all the litigation in the courts in UK and Malta and other jurisdictions, has been heard and then re-hearings delayed to next year, to me, that sounds like evidence has been produced that there is a working plan to recover the situation,"

-Be patient and keep some faith.
