.. Having gone short and not found the sellers, mm were forced to go round their fellow mm and close the position..... Now my guess is that they have gone round again, and gone long.

... Are we poised for a upward rerate?

... Certainly primed that way now.

That's what I too away from it yesterday, and why I latched on to the "inherit" bit..... He will all but give the GL in Dec.

Well i hope you are all paying attention, because we are in the middle of round 2 mm's games.----Doing the Oakey Coakey and trying to make a living.

--Yesterday was a repeat of a few weeks ago, when all the limits on the book were filled in-and that was around 6.2 down to 5.80.--and they did it again yesterday afternoon.

-With no new buying they decided 650-80 was going to be the top, and as the day dragged on they eased the sp down slightly------still no buyers-----------so then what.

--Hit all the buy limits on the book again.

-6.23 down to 6.00 saw 600/- buy limits filled in (and almost certainly left at least one MM short, maybe more)

-They sp was duly dragged back to 570. bid (not the offer note), with the hope of encouraging sellers and letting them drag it back further------------it's not happened.

-All they've managed to get is about 70/- ---so now what.

-A quick conflab (watch the small trades), found most mm unwilling to drop below 570 bid , as with no sellers, they are afraid of running into more buying and be even shorter at a lower level.

-Now watch------one mm has broken ranks and bid up slightly--so where to now.

-Will they have the courage to try and drag it down to 5.25-2.75-----or will they bid up to close that short.

-Its Fri tomorrow, and i bet they try to close out most of it by then.

-There were no leaks, no press chat, no further progress announcements,---- just the go-ahead----and it has caught virtually everyone by surprise.---There has been just the faintest of grumbling coming from India (as you would expect), but at a stroke, this project is now live and progressing.

Now with the TR all agreed and due to be signed off in Dec, could he now surprise everyone and approve the SOD at Phulbari in his last few months of power.

Been watching all the name calling and arguing that's been going on all day (again) and trying not to get involve-----but lets just stand back and think for a minute.

------ Nobody is denying that a placing (fund raise) may be coming if the GL doesn't come first, ---we all know what we raised and how long it will last-so sometime around March 26 we will run out of cash,---- anybody who passed their 11 plus could work that out and nobody is denying it-------it's a question of when.

-Posters on here are trying to unsettle holders by insinuating that a raise will come in the coming few weeks---what tosh.

As we move nearer the Election this SP is going to rise, and the Co will have its raise at a much higher level than the current 5p-----so forget about a FR at this stage of the game.--------5p is option money.

-----Why is it option money, and why will the sp be higher around Dec ?

---We are "guessing" that Bangla will have to stop importing fuel

-We are "guessing" that a new Gov will give the GL.

-We are guessing that "own Resources"==="own Coal"

--We are guessing that the Teesla River project is tied in with Phulbari

--We are Guessing ect ect ect----because if anyone of those things were "FACT", then we would be in the £'s not the Pence.

--It IS a gamble, and that is why it is Option Money at 5---10p, but things have been said and the things that are happening make the odds shorter and shorter, and the gamble ever more enticing .

-You either want to put your stake down and play this out, or you dont.

-Those that are in the game, want to hear every snippet of news and gossip------those that are not prepared to put down some cash, really have no point in being here at all.

----Unless of course they are trying to get the SP down to help somebody get in.

Yes it certainly does Searcher, huge investments, and Huge developments------------and what's the biggest thing that will be required------------Electricity and power.

-Nobody would contemplate projects of this scale, without factoring in guaranteed ongoing power, and its not rocket science to guess where that power is going to be fuelled from.-----------Own coal, right next door.

-I'm sure that ive read that they are trying to get this deal signed off by Dec 25 (correct me if i'm wrong), and it all seems a bit of a sudden rush----so why.

--With Elections now scheduled for Feb 26, could Yunus be trying to go out in a blaze of glory ?

-Having recommended that the next Gov goes ahead with opm at Phulbari, but strangely shying away from implementing it himself, you have to wonder, was it all just timing.

Somebody has been making a fortune from this uncommercial mine, right from day one.-------OPM at Phulbari would have made this mine obsolete at a stroke, and stopped someone's gravy train--------- i'm sure it was the main reason Phulbari was never given the GL.

---Such a shame that the plants at Rampal and Coxes were ever built.-----the whole thing should always have been the 6,000 mgw on-site power plants which would all have been up and running now, and giving the country continuous guaranteed power.
