that placing was to evaluate potential new acquisisions, i.e funding trips to sites, reports, basic due dilegenece. If we want to take any of these further we need more money. MSMN does not have enough in the bank. MSMN is also averaging costs between �270k and �350k per month - Like i said earlier, it is a race between getting debt facility in place and having to do another placement. Hopefully they dont fail like their initial attempt did last year when they got turned away. My opinion is the debt facility earliest will be sorted and arranged come end of May. I feel we will need a placing in order to carry out BOD plans come end of April / Early May. I think you need to stop deramping a potential placement - placements are not a bad thing Spray1, yes they dilute the SP slightly, but they give the company a means to act swiftly when it needs to but doesnt have the required funds.

you are aware the BOD issued a placing a couple of weeks ago right? Also, they never mentioned anything to do with a placement prior to that one.....

I am very edgy Sweaty, i don't want this SP to decline further. But what i want and what i think will happen are different. I do think the SP will stay around this level now until end of 2018, If any news is negative then this could tank hard. I think this company is getting all its ducks in a row in a suitable time frame, however i think a lot of you are totally unaware of how long these things take. You are not going to see 5p's this year, no chance, 3p's this year is possible during Q4 depending on how quick things goes. There are exciting times ahead for MSMN, that is for sure, but the idea and everything from next week is going to be great and SP will sky rocket is frankly laughable.

Looks like in order to proceed as planned with the BOD ideas, once all the good news is done we will need som additional funding which will be required before any debt facility is agreed and in place by looks of it. I think we should be happy and trust the BOD in this situation to do a placing to enable them to get on with their plans. I expect this to happen end of April / early May. Either way, will be good for the company i think to move forwards

So i am thinking of buying into this share, i am in UKOG and 88E (from the other oil exploration companies) I am just trying to decide whether to go into here or Noricum Gold - (Evocutis hold around 3% of Noricum Gold). However i like that this also has some in Alba minerals. Tough choice. Was wondering if anyone here has any holdings in any of Evocutis direct investments?
