seen this before, it is documented actually on the dark web. it is a countdown to take action whether you need to be bought in by then or sold out. Usually it is the last digit in the volume of shares purchased that dictates the countdown. hmmm - just reviewing the past two days that stands up. started off on 5, then today is 4. Guess 4 days till massive news then. Okay, enough BS from me..., had my consiracy fun - I have no idea - i dont think they are codes though... Disclaimer: If news lands in 4 days i will come back to this crazy ass theory :D

Oh i do not doubt we will get a facility in place.., how much and when is still very much an unknown. But time is very much against us on getting this in place i think we can all agree on that. Need this to land soon

They are prob busy running around banks trying to find the best one to go with. I am sure you will get some good news within a few weeks. Not too long to wait

Sweatysock, i agree with you. I think speaking to a bank would be fine to understand the basis for criteria - as these would pretty much be mirrored throughout all banks. But going to numerous banks seems to be more than just getting criteria to me. Seems like they have been attempting to get a facility in place with anyone who could lend since September. If that was not the case, they surely would not have even mentioned this in the RNS initially if they were just getting criteria with no intention of getting a facility in place until H2 of 2018. Maybe they started thinking they could easily, then got told "sorry lads, but no" and since then they have been working towards a criteria to finally pass - that i could believe potentially...

That is very much a relief for all investors then, from the outside it looked like they had been attempting to get a bank facility since September last year and to date have failed to get even one lender to provide this, despite going to numerous banks.

So let me get this right, MSMN have been attempting to get a debt facility for three quarters of a year going to loads of different banks and not one has agreed to put in such a facility as we currently stand?

funny how since the oil price has been recovering, MSMN's share price has been tanking. Things must change soon for the better surely

according to you Spray you said we would have it by now...., where is it? I told you i thought earliest would be end of May / early June time. imo we will need funds before then. So again, i ask you why were you wrong on the debt facility - how come it has not been sorted yet?

i don't, from the RNS sounds like they will look to include the horizontal well resources. From which the bank would require detailed plans for the well - which MSMN have confirmed they will continue now to progress with. I would guess from that, it has put us back a tad bit further, maybe end of June early July now for debt facility
