yeah it will be hard not to drop today based on that. The market was looking around the corporate costs. Still over $400k for the period. Only a fraction improvement. They clearly have not learnt any lessons.

Just to be clear, it will cost in region on 10's of millions in Oz, so having the odd few hundred thousand here and there will make little difference, hence why we have been trying to get a JV partner for best part of two years without success. It will take a massive cash injection to get that off the ground. They might well opt to either sell the license as it does look to be worth something which is a positive, or like they did earlier in 2017, release a prime license. I think actually finding a JV is the least likely outcome, and selling the license for several million is the most likely with the current knowledge that is public to this date

Snufkin, mostly agree with you buddy. Don't think this will alter the deb facility at all, that was always based on Welch report as per their RNS, so i still think end of May / early June time for that. My concern will be if we get some positive news over coming weeks then we might well fall into a placement. We need those financials to put to rest possible placements over coming months.

It is funny, watching the consistantly wrong rampers spin this, the same people who were adament yesterday would end > 1p, the same rampers, adament the new pumps were already done and producing ROFL, the same rampers who expect us to have a debt facility already agreed, the same rampers who expect this to multi bag on Arkoma news alone.... So next week we will have a new aquisition as well also based in US. Very interesting to see the name of it..., oh wait sorry, that is not public knowledge yet. Best keep that one to myself :D

yeah Snufkin, i have dismissed the theory of them extending the decision to a later date, as the only reason would be to add those new results from pumps into the reports for banks, but they can do that by taking the option now anyway, then just do the reports at a later time with the new updated figures, so i dont buy into there will be any extension this time. I expect today to be the day. Re the percentage, yes now that Inland want to stick around (can only be a positive sign as surely they are the ones with biggest experience out the three of us here at Arkoma) will be interesting to see how the final percentage splits are made up. Maybe we still end up with 55% but Blackstone take less. We will see soon enough

Well the one which announced taking of the first option was just after 7am, but that was a bit of a damp quib for the market so maybe releasing news during trading day will have a bigger SP impact. Either way you look at it, the fact there has been no trades in this first hour speaks volumes.

Well the activity taking place on this share today would make anyone else think that no major news was going to land tomorrow. I mean either way, it will be big news. The activity here for the buying and selling is pretty dead. Maybe the afternoon session will start some form of chaos

you are quite right Spray1, i am just basing this off what we currently know, sure if things have increased well then yes, might be better to take more ownership of it. Currently, we are close to a third ownership of it. So if Arkoma is great then this is enough stake to make a difference, however, if figures are poor, we have minimised slightly our risk. I am sure we will find out the new figures over coming months (if we don't get told with tomorrows RNS)

SP will increase if bod decide to not increase percentage at Arkoma. IMHO

yeah buys only affect show signal strength, one of many factors that alter the SP, with out volume, it is basic business supply and demand at present.
