The Companies behaviour is typical negotiating.
Evaluate the situation at the outset. If your facing a reasonably individual or entity. You produce your best offer and state that. Emphasising no negotiating.
If however as is the case with CWU. You know they want the coat off your back. You make your offer while holding a little in reserve. You play hardball and finally play your reserve.
Everyone knows the SP is going to fluctuate wildly. The Institutions and day traders love that.
They also know it will reset before the next negotiations. Wipe the board clean and start again. More money for the boys.

There was an article regarding Simon's time at Morrisons which was suggesting he had particular abilities. I have no desire to research details.
Fact is before making any assumptions we should have information to hand as to his involvement in these Companies.
Despite what some may think these jobs aren't handed out "willy nilly" If that statement is doubted I challenge certain posters to apply for a CEO position in a FTSE 100 Company.

The promise is of course dependent on sufficient parcels into RMG. The CEO is not able to guarantee how many parcels will be posted. But they obviously over egged the cake that night.

Oli, I see your point. Obviously if you were able to clear the parcels then no action needed. Even if you would have struggled, they should have checked that the larger office could accommodate your work.

If AngerSharkz is honest I said the same to him when the stock was flying. Of course he told me I was wrong but wrote later that I indeed had been right all along. It's all there in his early history.

Oli save yourself the time. This share has been manipulated from day one. Sold to the institutions in preference to the general public at knock down prices in exchange for backhanders and future employment as consultants etc. They in turn sold within months after the price had risen sharply.
