Oli. It sometimes seems that the actual days before the strike is called are drawn out as long as possible. Perhaps a means of giving maximum opportunity for an agreement.

Why are so many posties long term employees? The Company has been privatised since 2013, therefore part owned by shareholders who apparently are just getting rich off your sweat according to some here. . A posties salary is ok but with the shortage of staff in various sectors of the UK. Surely you can improve your lot ?
