First time in years that I am sitting on the sidelines 98% in cash. It is very calming simply because a decent amount of the 98% is profit. I don't trust the markets and RMG has given me many unpleasant surprises over the years so for now will sit this one out as an interested bystander. I was making the comparison between RMG & Gig by referring to postings made in the past where it was stated that people would leave RMG after a short term of employment because the work was too demanding etc. I am trying to understand why TWU are recommending acceptance of what appears to be a hard fought deal and there is a possibility of the members going against their unions recommendation.

Are you or others seriously putting the case that RMG is such a bad Company to work for. In which case why are so many RMG employees long term?
