Bingley.....
If PHE released this RNS to boost the SP, it hasn’t worked.
For shareholders’ interests, it should have issued it before the raise to stop the SP dropping like a stone and limiting everyone’s dilution.
Retail offers, immediately followed by commercial news isn’t a good look, as it’s open to insider trading.
The raised funds won’t go far, 12 months wages, pensions and fixed overheads, won’t leave much for development work, testing, modifications, sales events/presentations or general marketing activity.
As for the ‘news’:
The £260k contract is random consultancy work, nothing to do with their core tech - sideshow.
Interesting Engsolve isn’t mentioned separately?
Ballymena is stuck in the planning application process. Expensive studies, no issued permits, no funding, no build – no progress. Planning approval could take 2 months or 2 years
Noise will be a big issue, it’s why they can’t have to the demo unit running all day, recycling and producing H2 – the irony!!
No mention of NH2 – so is that dead?
“Engagement,” “discussions,” and “introductions” Middle East, Australia, Caribbean, HUI, Green Gecko – zero deals. As in the past, I would not be surprised to see these fizzle out
“Ten enquiries” means nothing, could be plucked from thin air. They had 15 from the CMD zero news on any of them, not even a tepid LOI
Still no projects scoped out for an actual customer.
In summary, where is the actual direct commercial interest in this tech from a large well-funded organisation that could afford to buy one - Is there any?
