Did PHE give notice of the last raise? Quite the opposite, to be fair. They categorically stated they did not need to raise funds, when in reality the raise had already been lined up.

If they're forced down the retail avenue , investors would by necessity need notice in order to participate.

At present, the only deal with any potential is Wrightbus; however PHE have also been very clear that they do not intend to build and own their own sites.

Therefore, it’s difficult to see how PHE would even be the party securing project finance. If the plant is being built for a paying customer, logic dictates that the customer would apply for and secure the project finance, not PHE.

That's the way I see it and feel the evidence is points.

I don't know if some of these conspiracies are true or not, but everything they posted was overtly negative and systematically design to mislead genuine holders.

If this was true " project funding via Longspur" it would have been in the RNS as the reason for engaging them. The fact they have not said this and not mentioned any project has been secured that requires funding, still suggests it is a trading funds they require.

Possibly more concerning, should be the fact there's no news on additional capital being forth coming, suggesting they can't get anyone to invest off market. A retail raise would be an even bigger disaster for the SP!!

Engsolves 'payment / contribution' to PHE this year is unlikely to be more than £1m - not enough to pay the bills!

Have you actually looked at the historical P&Ls, or are you just making it up as you go along? There is absolutely nothing in the accounts that supports a £27m cash burn in under 12 months.

On top of that, all development costs for the cracker (including staff) are being funded by a third party, meaning AFC’s overheads have reduced year-on-year, not increased.

JW also made it very clear that if additional finance were required, alternative sources are available. That strongly points to one or more partners taking an equity stake in AFC, not a market raise. News like that is typically positive for the share price, not negative.

If you’re banking on another fundraise and a drop in SP, you’ve misread this badly. And if there is a market raise, it’s far more likely to be towards the end of 2027 and at a significantly higher SP than today.

You might want to rethink your investment strategy, but either way, stop trying to mislead or worry other investors, it's pathetic and makes you look like a weasel!

The full impact of the RNS may not be seen in the SP until after the results day, but this is significant news.

The news is obviously great, and without being a killjoy, it needs to be kept in perspective.

10 to 20% equity, is based on profit and not the revenue of $150 per facility.
