Yady Worldwide is also owned by Ben White, who bought 20m + of Lincs shares. Are they still invested?

De Nora have at least three plants in the US, and given their focus on the expanding energy storage market, I suspect they've already introduced a number of key potential customers to AFC.

Anyone remember the Blackwater investment in De Nora? A 90m euro investment to grow the business, predominately through acquisitions? De Nora have a turnover in excess of ½ billion – if AFC were desperate for cash…..
Just to confirm, I’m not suggesting they will takeover AFC (market cap is too high), but could certainly invest.

My point was......As De Nora has a number of plants across key AFC markets, I doubt AFC are overly worried about having a sales team. I suspect De Nora can drum up enough business to keep them going

De Nora Tech (subsidiary company) moved to their new plant in Ohio in September, but are already looking to expand it. This comment was quite interesting.......De Nora Tech is always looking for new markets. Currently, Schafer said, it's targeting large-scale battery storage for the energy sector as a potential place to grow.
