Totally agree, it’s effectively a press release that will have also been sent out to countless industry websites and bloggers. Unfortunately it’s another missed opportunity by AFC; they could easily have latched on to this and put out a positive piece of media, which is all ITM have done. Clearly they understand keeping the company at the forefront of the industry’s mind is vital.

Not so much for JR and AB, we’re a stealth operation!

You’ve just said they were brought in to sell the Diesel gen replacements. So who’s selling the other products, ie the EV chargers from the road show?

How can you possibly say ‘job well done’ when there’s no news except yet more testing?

NewBoy - true, but it seriously limits the pps. I’m not sure PHE will ever get much above 5p, due to the volume of shares, which worries me about Bond issuing another huge volume of AFC, not ideal for LTHs.

It must be pretty rare for such a small company with virtually no turnover, to have over 2bn shares in issues

You’ve backed this company and posted thousands of comments through thick and thin (although my reserved posting history is a huge negative for you), including all the chlor/alkaline stuff, saying we’ll get there eventually; and didn’t.

You seem to have a massive problem with anyone that doesn’t agree with you; which speaks volumes! Any thoughts on what I said about the thousands of overly positive posts you’ve made which have encouraged people to invest in a tech that never happened?

Daz - I’m in the same place. Would just be nice to get an honest update. I’ve no idea where AFC’s first sale is coming from? Certainly doesn’t seem to be from EV Chargers

I do have respect for Muscorum’s comments and knowledge, but it’s annoying to be told that I’m a 4th rate share basher (down from 3rd rate) and have no investment here, when I’ve actually got my life savings pinned on this company. Unfortunately these comments have led to an unnecessary argument.

Based on what? I’ve £45k invested here, so entitled to an opinion as much as you; who constantly bangs on about how amazing things are going to be one day. Have a look at the RNS from nearly 8 months ago:
- AlkaMemTM set to be a truly disruptive technology in the field of alkaline water electrolysis with evidence supporting a sizable increase in hydrogen production efficiency.

Now we have this:
· Excellent power density maintained utilising scaled up AlkaMemTM membrane, reflecting performance seen amongst alternative high-density fuel cell technologies.

So not all that disruptive then, just comparable. Also, back in November, they claimed to have:

- Commercial enquiries already received for prospective licensing or sale of AlkaMemTM membrane technology into non-fuel cell markets, including alkaline water electrolysis.

Given that they also said this:
· Prototype membrane manufacturing capability in place at AFC Energy's Surrey headquarters.

Why have they only manufactured samples - zero orders when they’d already had interest; maybe months prior to releasing this....who knows?

You used the word ‘likely’, meaning you’ve no more idea than the rest of us?? We seem to go from being certain, to likely and then, let’s just start again or do more testing.

Sometimes it’s better to be open, honest and state the facts, rather than trying to make empty predictions. I do wonder how many people have lost thousands of pounds buying in to this share on some of your a crystal ball analysis. Sorry if you don’t like my comments, but It’s a fair and honest reflection of the last 10 years.

Totally agree Mucksy, it’s like comparing the share price of Tesla to Aston Martin, just because they both in the same industry.

That was nearly 8 months ago. Today’s RNS sounds far less positive, especially in terms of efficiency and therefore cost effectiveness.

This is a totally pointless BS comment from southern......Let’s have a look...
PHE down 11%
ITM down 18%
CWR down 3.5%
TAN down 11%
AFC down 13%
So, it isn’t just AFC !

PHE is up nearly 400% in the last couple of months, so a 11% drop is nothing. Same with ITM etc. It’s relevant to what you paid, many on here will have an average of at least 20p if not 33p, like me. 11% of yet more loss, is much more than 11% of a massive profit!

Everyone’s allowed an opinion.

Besides all the talk of what might be and this potential deal, that potential deal; name some physical positives over the last 6 months?
