Bman2 - well aware of what I’ve invested in, however you’re incapable of acknowledging the facts or answering a straightforward question.

How do you know what stage the assembly project is at? Yet you post as if you have first hand information that anyone else is not privy to?

Why mention extreme e, that’s nothing to do with the post or my comments, just a random mention??

As for, they know more than me, I sincerely hope so for all our sakes. I know as little as everyone else, except your, telling everyone what stage they’re up to with the assembly line, but unable to back it up!!

If replying, can you try and stay on track to the actual question / post! I didn’t get your reference to extreme e, but as a multi system build, perhaps they are nearer to a new assembly line than you state!

For all we know they could have signed a lease, started renovation works etc etc.

Bman2 - why has afc not told us about the assembly sight before?

Where is it, when will it be ready, what’s the output potential....etc. It got a short sentence in the update.

My whole point about AB, is this kind of news would help support the SP rather than him allowing it to trickle down and down.

For me, his approach is bordering on negligence to allow it to happen

Fair to say that the markets reaction is a decent guide to how good the update really is. Couldn’t even manage a 1/2p rise......0.3p!!

There’s plenty of decent news in the update that could have been released as good news (not RNS’S) to support the share price, but for some reason they’ve allowed it to collapse.

Why?

While there are a lot of positives about the update, there’s also huge gaps. All updates, targets and next news are basically....’we hope to announce / update / release in the coming months’ Past experience shows that probably means nothing until the next update.

No news on actual partners, just fluff
No news on EV sales, just fluff
Unclear news about the partnership with De Nora
Nothing on the hi-roc investment
Nothing on the warranty - timings etc
Nothing about an investor day - virtual would be easy
ExE delivery has slipped to December, only last week it was confirmed pre December

Sorry but there are gaps everywhere.

It’s a shame that people who hold a view that a company should communicate properly with shareholders are told they are baskets, or don’t have an investment.

Given we only get two updates a year and no investor day, I’d expect a more detailed updates!

Yellow - I noticed you’re still bashing the heck out of PHE investors. Something doesn’t add up about your new found love of AFC?

MPO - the performance of the BOD is what has lead to the decline in the share price; when in actual fact, it should be increasing.

Most people agree AFC have a good range of products and lots of potential (independently, commentators agree). Unfortunately the inability of AFC to communicate anything positive about the company (their products, developments partnership, progress etc) is why the share price has trickled down to 16p.

A fully approved patent would normally last for 20 years, with a possible extension of another 5 years.

My guess is the cars will charge off 2 or 3 160kw units, as that’s probably the max AFC can currently supply per unit??

The races are short and the service area is the boat, so easy for each vehicle to stay topped up. Charging will take place throughout the night, cars swapping over.

Second batteries would be an option, but probably a lot of work to switch in and of the chassis, especially given the weight?

Delivery with 4 weeks at the latest

Yesterday’s new was great, but let’s face it, that’s exactly what it is. AFC will do nothing with it, and we’ll be back to radio silence.
