This is the problem with BEV’s. A lot of people buying a Tesla, put it on a 4 year finance agreement and after that get a new car. So while thinking they’re being all green, it still needs driving for another 3 years (based on average annual mileage) before it off sets it’s carbon footprint! I know a couple of people on to their 2nd Tesla’s, who don’t appreciate this being pointed out!

MPO - Your comments are misleading. When an employee exercises their share options, it means they are taking up the share offer given to them by the company; they are NOT selling.

The employee will pay 8p, but will probably have to hold them for 2 to 3 years, before they can sell; which shows commitment to the company.

So that’s a positive in my book, or do you disagree with the basic facts?

If they’ve exercised options, I don’t believe it means they’ve sold them, just taken taken them up.

Last time I had options awarded, I could sell within 3 years. Either way, they probably well deserved

Rendj has made a very good point. Some people assume a vaccine is to stop you getting ill, but it’s mainly to help slow and stop the spread, if you can’t get it, you can’t spread it.

Some people will get the virus and brush it off as a simple cough / cold, but at the same time you could be passing it on to 10’s of people who get far worse symptoms and due to underlying health conditions, or poor immune systems, end up dying.

The more people who have the vaccine, the quicker it will disappear and less people will die. Obviously if you don’t want it, that’s you choice.

Dutco are involved in so many major projects in the Middle East; they’re absolutely massive. To suggest they need everything drawing for them is pretty disrespectful.

The main guys behind Dutco are extremely close with sheikh mohammed al maktoum, and not a lot of any significance happens in the UAE without him giving it his approval. You could say, AFC have the royal seal of approval.

Contracts are often awarded based on a number of things, but been in with Dutco, is huge leverage.
