Did everyone get a crystal ball for Christmas? A lot of people make predictions on here about how high the sp will be within days / weeks etc, but it’s nothing but guess work. No more idea than the milkman. Also misleading to any new people looking in.
MPO, AFC are not ITM, why is it so obvious they will need circa £165m. When are they going to raise this, next year, the year after, 2025? You know nothing more than anyone else on here, so put the crystal ball away
I was referring to the Government paying for AFC systems, that is diffe3rent because it's not R&D it's sales, and that is where the competition regulations come in.
Sorry, but this is so misleading. You’re saying the UK GV can’t buy from AFC because of eu comp rules?? Not if it’s within the EU procurement rules, which given the limited options, AFC would undoubtably win any tender
It’s entirely possible for the government to put large grants AFC’s way, especially for the development of new products, alkamem and solid FCs. Not only that, but government departments can buy systems as long as a proper tendering process is put out to everyone else.
They can also strongly recommended them to contractors on projects like HS2, to reduce emissions. Again it a tender process
What’s all this about tax? I’ve not checked in for a couple of days and there’s hundreds of posts? Am I expected to pay tax on my profits? When did this start
I topped up at 34p 2 or 3 weeks ago, went to 39p and then back to 34p. Thought I’d screwed up, but for first time, it’s sustaining a strong raise on good information.
You might be right on the former, not a word I use; but why start criticising investors who raised issues with the reporting structure / process? Just seems petty
Besides EV charging in the UK and Europe, think about EV charging and off grid requirements in places like Canada.
I’ve family 2 hours north of Toronto and they suffer outages. The distance and spread of conurbations is so big, the network is already stretched, especially with all of the new development going on.
The cost to upgrade over there would be colossal. And I have to say, when there 18 months ago, I don’t recall seeing a single EV?
