Agree with Anne, there’s a strange relationship with hydrogen utopia and from what I recall, PHE have little money in the bank. Not sure they can really move forward to a final working product, without huge investment.

A very close friend committed suicide on New Year’s Day, leaving a wife and 2 kids! He was trading shares and initially did very well.
