Castle - You weren't here when I originally invested in PHE and are clearly unaware of some of the calamitous (dodgy) history of the company. I’ve doubt Metaron, GlobalJim and Telephoneman are far more versed in the history of PHE and the Whites et al.

Before having a go at others, do your own research (properly) and get your facts straight; it’s embarrassing!!

Have a look the connect with AFC Energy, Ervingtons involvement (effect on share price), potential shorting irregularities and so on.

The link to several companies is Howard White. It’s short sighted to think he’s not pulling strings when his shares always seem to be bought up by 4 family members; in particular Ben White and his Age of Reason trust fund. Also worth noting where some of these people are now domiciled! – tax free!

I'd disagree you can have a £180m valuation based on a patent and potential. They don't yet have a full working commercial sized unit commissioned and approved.

This will need to be approved, signed off and various permits issued by all UK, EU and Overseas Governmental departments / associations / Bodies etc, that need to green light it's credentials to allow it to be installed.

PHE will be involved in the whole process from sale to commissioning for the first few units in each country, if not every unit installed.

Value wise 400k shares isn't a huge amount if you bought sub 1p over the last 12 months.

Why should it be 4p?

With no revenue and no confirmed delivery dates for orders (customers will have KPI's to be met before these are actual orders) and so much still to happen before a product can be sold/delivered; why should this company be worth £180,000,000?

The Unknown's seem to be a mix of buys and sells. The unit price at the time of the transaction vs the bid and ask, indicate if it was a buy or sell

BUYS vs SELLS - often reported incorrectly, so use the unit price as to work out if it is a buy or sell

David - Who's short has closed, how do you know that?

Possibly a lot of sub 0.005p buyers selling out for a profit. Loads of sells going through straight after you posted 'Old sellers are cleared now. Only big bugs now. Short closed'. Blatant ramp

Unit price has been increased on the Unknown buy/sells, which might indicate they're actually buys - all very interesting

Don't think the seller is cleared yet. 2 big trades going through as unknown, but clearly sells at that unit price.

This is great news for PHE, but I do wonder how many need this to be 10p to BE? I was caught out years ago on PHE, but it was a very different BOD, so hope this is different.

Hoping it's not a pump and dump from the White family. Howard has certainly moved on considerably, leaving Ben, Josh and family with a large holding % .

I do chuckle at your posts, because it’s clear you’re trying so hard to turn positives in to negatives, and it simply isn’t working.

It doesn’t really matter how many systems AFC sell, who to or whether they tell you, the key thing is the current orders are for £6m this year; £26m or so over 3 years. That is what they have committed to.

Also, excludes any additional revenue sources.

Isn’t that the plan long term, to build bigger systems, hence the phrase modular. Eventually you could see stacked system of 5mw outside data centres etc. Crypto miners biggest issue is the price they pay for energy, as it has such a huge effect on their mining costs. These guys could eat up systems when they’re ready.

Hi 30silver - my patent comment was refers to the value of the patent being limited until a full size, commercial product is up, running (a full trial period) and works; along with the economics working to ensure it has a market..

There's plenty of great patents that haven't translated in to sellable products, leaving them worthless and the company going under.

I'm sure there will be a spike on patent news, but can see it drifting back down until proof of a full scale working product, along with orders.

Can't beat Hargreaves Landsdown to be fair. I also have an ISA with interactive investor, but sometimes you have to wait a while before you can reuse the sale funds to reinvest; which is very frustrating if you're trying to take advantages of price fluctuations.
