Hi uncertain - I don't think they are selling physical gold. - According to Andrew Maguire, demand for physical, behind the scenes, is growing and growing and the timelines for delivery are extending and extending and that includes USA purchases. - What is being sold, mainly through the futures manipulated market, is the illusion that gold is being sold. - In reality it's the opposite. - Not that it makes any difference to us, we are left bearing the brunt of such shenanigans.

Hi Tibbs - Reading through your post and taking in the points you raise, the one fear/doubt that I have is that it may not be the whole-truth. - It's so obvious that there should have been back-up in place, I think everyone agrees with that, and given managements track-record so far it's an oversight that's hard to take on board. - I know I've said it before but I'm not convinced by the explanation. Also, the time frame within which everything changed doesn't add-up - As far as offering up an alternative reason, other than say theft of stock in hand, I confess I'm at a loss.

Hi Pushme - I think I overdid a simple description of what I meant. - I should have referred to record cash in the bank, no debt and no capex requirements going forward.

Hi Tibbs - Going back those years, if you had known then about the record -breaking production levels, allied to record-breaking financial metrics that would ensue over the coming years, I wonder what your forecast for the future SP would have been. - If the SP can't put weight on during these times, when can it?

MasterRSI - Hi Until I read your post I wasn't aware of the data problem with the LSE. - It's funny don't you think that a lot of problems within the financial world seem to be appearing simultaneously. - The banks, Visa, etc. and now this. - Is something up of which we are not aware? - Are these early signs of wheels coming off? - It make you think.

Hi Tibbs - Yes that's right, - awarded in 2015 vested after 3 years. - The free shares awarded in 2016 will vest next year and so on and so on. - Same for both AP and Youseff (not Joseph) - Timing a bit sensitive that's all. - When we are all feeling the pain, they, as usual, are enjoying the gain. - There's no reverse gear in their set-up.

Youseffs sale of 45,091 is such an odd amount that it could be for technical reasons I suppose.

Nice to see the directors getting involved with shares isn't it? AP just received 900,000 free shares and Youseff 200,00 free shares. - Mind you Youseff has done us all a favour and immediately sold 45.091 of his. - :-)
