Finley buys. Carol's heavy buys, Mahmud sinking in millions in the last raise and now McDonald and Goold putting their hands in their pockets. They clearly think the tide is turning on this business and see significant value. If Frasers generally wanted to help a bricks and mortar offering would be great for Debs and the labels and brands to operate in. They have significant expertise in this field and own several shopping centres. This could get back to winning ways and significant increase the market capitalisation of the business if a winning formula and mentality is created and the plan executed properly.

Apple stocks is showing an earnings report is due tomorrow. Has anyone had any confirmation through from IR?

They’re likely to remain silent until the next results are released. They will want something to shout about. Show ponies!

I agree with BFD. With the right buyer I think PLT could achieve a top end range close to £400m. More likely to go for £250m -£300m in my opinion. Even better that it’s now trading profitably and after de minimus is scrapped it will be worth considerably more than it is today.

At £180m for the whole group I am bracing myself for a bid. Frasers for one have been far too quiet.

Interesting that one of the special resolutions was regarding Debenhams Group being able to purchase certain shareholders shares from them. This I believe was aimed at taking control away from Frasers and buying them out.

There's a big problem with refund times on Debenhams. I personally ordered some jeans from Burton. First pair were spot on, second were not as described and awful quality. Refund sent back 25th of August and I still have no sign of a refund...

I expect a move from Big Mike before PLT sale goes through.

There's a couple of large trades in there. Volume picking up! Really hope Frasers get to 30% as this will triple on that news. Likewise I hope Finley dips his hands in his pockets after his hefty pay packet.

They haven't sold down they have just been diluted due to the recent raise. They didn't support the equity raise completely proportionately to their holding so have lost a couple % points.
