Uncle Doug look at the last finanicals, very poor and no turn around has been proven yet. Revenue still declining and debt increasing. I have increased at these levels substantially, follow the smart money. Big Mike has taken 22% at these levels, there is value but with the CFO leaving and a very brief trading update which means nothing in my eyes we are in very uncertain territory.

Let’s just hope the next update is nothing like the last one, it was a real shocker with a 17% revenue decline which was trying to be covered up by the BOD focusing in on core brands decline of 10%.

I think the next results could be another potential calamity stating results are “in line with market expectations” who knows the meaning of that as the information the market expects has not been released that?

Also, the change of CFO in such a short space could indicate they are not happy with these results so Shaun got the boot. But I believe the failure of this company lies with JL. SHEIN have achieved exponential growth in this market whereas BOO are going backwards…Simply not good enough!

That’s the way it should be mate and what these boards are intended for. If there is no new information or anything that remotely relates to BOO or the economy nothing needs to be said as far as I’m concerned. We took the decision to invest and the majority of us will be down but we are not out there is more than enough time to turn this ship ⛴️ around and turn it back into the high growth high profit making company it was a couple of years ago. Exactly Hexam, switch off here this is totally range bound and has been for the last year. Next news is March 26th with ASOS results then a long old month until we get any form of update here.

If I’m honest I was expecting more this year, disappointed so far.

ASOS has just gone through a raise and a financial restructuring as well as mothballing the Lichfield warehouse. They have significant liquidity and not to mention £100s of millions in stock that they believe they can clear at a sensible margin. Very very far from a fire sale at this moment in time, I think results will be okay but the outlook will be the one to focus on and I think this climate is much more favourable for ASOS.

No relation to him unfortunately not that I know of 🤣 although partial to a few beers and some pub sports none the less!
