The market will begin to look favourably at BOO. Margins will start to improve, revenue will be lower but trading conditions are improving.

BOO more likely than ASOS to be subject to a bid due to the ownership structure here. £1 not looking unlikely in the next year especially with interest rates falling and cost of living pressures starting to ease.

Interesting though Daytrade that his physical holding his larger here than it is at ASOS. My thoughts on this that he wants BOO primariliy to sell to SHEIN for a premium, he keeps DEBS for himself.

First objective for Shein once they have raised capital is to take out BOO and ASOS with Big Mike holding the key 🔑 SHEIN listing in the UK could shed a light on the valuations of those around it. Could work wonders here!

Not a great read across holding BOO as Next have seen that customers are gravitating towards higher quality longer lasting clothing. Something that BOO isn't.

Surprised Next are not interested in making a move for ASOS I could see it being a good fit for them. ASOS and Ted baker, would be a couple of smart acquisitions.

That’s the issue I can only see the likes of Frasers who have the liquidity to pick this up now. They will still be rueing the matches acquisition. What a way to flush £50+ down the toilet in a few weeks…
