My view is Finley has reached out to Frasers, gone through the credible plan. Shown them the figures / reasoning behind it. They are happy and have since left BOO alone.

Also, I have heard the PLT will be opening a store in Manchester now the quality has improved and the rebrand has been done. Change of direction indeed.

Because the whole market has gone in to meltdown with trade tariffs and WW3…this is not BOO specific!

Should have increased prices and spun off the more refined look and pushed PLT Label. I’m sorry all but this is a disaster for PLT.

Not sure about this rebrand whatsoever. Looks like it completely alienates the remaining target market group that we still have. Going toe to toe with SHEIN was the big mistake as it’s clear the quality of the clothing fell off a cliff.

Not sure where this leaves us. It’s clear that Finley wants a stock light model across the whole group.

Yes he didn’t want to turn it into a marketplace is my view. If you watch the interview DEBS BOO and Karen Millen were the marketplace destinations. Do we think PLT has been sold? If so how much has it been sold for?

I agree Feb has been a quiet front on any form of updates. Capital markets day and trading update to come in March in my opinion.

I do feel BOO have the potential to bounce back strongly. New leader, clear vision, driving operational efficiencies and leveraging our proposition and experience across the groups brands. Just need to be patient I do think we have some good news around the corner.
