They are looking at the huge growth BOO achieved in his tenure. £2billion revenue business in it's prime. No easy feat.

Carrying on that growth and managing costs / risks was certainly not his best work by any stretch of the imagination.

SHEIN having to rethink their supply chain.

Nope only a real focus on DEBS Marketplacr and BOOHOO turning into a fashion and beauty led marketplace.

The real growth is in DEBS. But fringe segments that BOO doesn’t specialize in can be left for partners. It’s a win win there. There will be a lot of take up with existing partners of Debs to also list with BOO. BOO can stick to manufacturing in the the parts in specialises in and the other stuff can be stocked by other parties.

Freeing up working capital but also still allowing commission to be made.

I may request paper certificates for mine as I find it easier. They will be selling this company imminently and I believe it will go for several millions £. That's why Stubbs, Bottomley and Reilly having been adding considerably at these levels. The non invasive device will be an absolute gamechanger.

The main loss was from the DC Closure. Hopefully the losses have started to tail off. Fingers crossed BOO had a great Christmas period.

With Frasers taking a backseat and not electing anyone on the board I believe they have now reverted to plan B which involves brokering a deal for SHEIN to takeover BOO. Seems the most likely with all the shenanigans going on right now.

I thought the same Laura. Few are bailing out. Other individuals are filling their boots. The company will be sold after de listing is the flavour I am getting here.

I think Dan will change the ticker and focus to DEBS…BOO need a refresh and needs to regain investor confidence. What better way than to have a total re-brand.
