I agree Hexam. It really was a calamitous year again for BOO. I am just relieved that Finley has brought a bit of clarity to our vision and direction. I do think he is the man to turn this around for us.

That’s what I’m thinking parsnip. Lowest price maybe after results.

I’ve also got a feeling MA is waiting for FY results to grab his last tranche before a mandatory offer at 30%. Like many others have said, his holding is personal here. He feels like DEBS should have been his and has a personal hatred against the Kamani’s. Going to be interesting to see the next turn of events here and ASOS. Surely the bottom has been reached.

I also think Finley is intentionally chucking the kitchen sink at these results. FY25 will be a car crash we all know that. But what better way to look like a hero come FY26. Laser focus on profitable sales, increasing EBITDA margin and reducing debt.

Online reviews are the same with asos. People only bother reviewing these companies when something bad happens imo.

Poor Matt Moulding has not taken his £15m bonus. Instead he has overseen a billion pound share price destruction. He only picked up a paltry £840m himself when this IPO’d…THG is Mouldings personal piggy bank . Drive the SP to record lows and then buy, buy, buy. Only winner here is Moulding.

The capital markets day was the presentation in the last RNS if you bothered looking at it. The marketplace will be a godsend to restoring profitability here and easy to transition those DEBS brands across all of the platforms here. Excited for what’s to come here and I think the time is now to get in. ASOS recents movements will start to transition across to us here. Expect year end results to be released on the 28th when the AGM is. BOOHOO Group now re-born in to a Retail Powerhouse. Only spanner in the works I can see now is Big Mike going for the takeover before this takes off or Umar Kamani coming back in for PLT on the cheap.

Hopefully our new CFO puts his hands in his pockets Parsnip. DEBS and BOO’s away days seem to be very positively received. Strangely enough no sign at all of any of the Kamani clan. Kane was there and one of the guest speakers. Makes me think that the Kamani’s will look to forge a consortium to take all of the Youth brands away from the group.

AO just rejected Frasers Plus. Another blow to Big Mike. I do expect a bid here imminently. Firmly waiting in the wings now at 29%
