Cancellation will not take place although there is nothing about it coming out of suspension you are right. Hopefully if it is not cancelled trading will resume straight away with less than 3 months trading until we cease to exist.

I think you would have to hope it if it comes out of suspension that is more than achievable as just over £200k mkt cap we have that in cash, let alone the listing itself. Cash shells worth over £500k on the market today and with PH backing this could be worth considerably more if they have someone lined up. Really wouldn't make any sense if they didn't have any thought behind their original investment which they purchased considerably higher than todays closing price.
