I agree Neil, it is a bigger gamble here at this present moment.

However, £120k market cap is a drop in the ocean. Court hearing date has not even been announced yet and will take some time to push liquidation through.

PH still to show their hand and motive of buying this, they haven't sold out on any of the spikes so far so they think there is more for this to go North or they want to take it over completely.

Never known a more corrupt board than this one. They should be utterly ashamed what they have done here!

I just don't get how PH have bought in and have no plan to do anything with their holding here, for a firm of their size and stature it seems pretty unthinkable.

It doesn’t really make sense as usually compulsory liquidation is called by the creditors, in this case we have no creditors as we are a cash shell. This board has been incredibly negligent, a 1.2m sale then two months down the road proposed liquidation….Absolutely shocking how they can get away with this!

Remember PH took their 10% the day after news like we’ve had today! This will make for an exciting week, maybe we will see a 500% rise like AMGO - Tiny market cap and the cheapest shell available on the market.

Can take 3 months for the company to be liquidated anyway so plenty of twists still left in this tale!

Is it time for Peel to show their hand? It could well be at these levels!
