Lots of downward pressure but we’re holding firm

I’ve still got my holding i averaged down massively at 0.23 which helps me. Unfortunately I bought in at 5.74p thinking there was potential for a proper takeover bid, then got shafted by AF, I’m holding an average around 0.85 which if we get a similar bounce from Friday at these levels I’ll be just dandy and some!

TR-1's have been non existent here, bar the one from PH. There has to be one tomorrow given the trades gone through today.

This is priced for failure at this point.

Small retrace this morning as I expected. Surprised at no RNS this morning as there was huge volume that changed hands on Friday, we are all highly anticipating the next show of hands here.

That all depends how big the tax loss is here and how the RTO company can utilise the tax loss to offset that against profits.

Hopefully up! Volume was insane on Friday, there are more people interesting in this share now because of PH and we have survived de-listing twice. I’m expecting a slight pullback but then a move north if we see some RNS’ next week with larger holding positions/more interested parties. On things for sure, this board needs to exit if anything positive is to happen, they are clueless!

I agree guys, that’s why I’m still holding. ITS made a huge tax loss in the last year of trading which I presume what interested PH as this could potentially be utilised if there was an RTO into the shell. Could be worth millions in the right hands 🤞🏾

Good news then 404 let’s hope we can take some momentum north now! This normally tails off after a big rise but we held our gains well today, it could be different this time!

It should be noted that the Company has to assess the costs and timelines involved in any insolvent liquidation process when assessing its current solvency position.
