Agreed Bond we have dropped a huge amount with no real spike at all which is very unusual especially given the tiny mcap. Big chunky sell gone through this morning.

I’ll be voting no which I expect most to otherwise why not just sell your holding at a higher level. The cancellation is a special resolution.

I'll doubt PH will be in for such a quick flip...This could shoot up to £800k market cap if we have the right noises being made. Compare it to the other shells available this is one of the best placed if controlled by the right people.

Why would they buy in higher if they want the payout? Makes no sense, they want to turn this into a RTO situation, substantially more value created.

Shows how advanced ASOS and BOO are. Ahead of the game, I feel like opening showrooms in the big cities is also a master stroke. Been a blip the last few years because of macro economic factors but we will be returning to the glory days sooner than later.

When I was speaking to AF a few weeks ago he didn’t really have any idea how the shell operated. These are his words “ Honestly I don’t know the ins and outs but I think that it just gets put into admin over the next few weeks and any return gets distributed to shareholders”

What type of resolution will this be? An ordinary or special resolution?? Can’t believe how this has played out, well and truly the worst result for holders. On second thoughts I don’t think there will be a bounce as there is no reason that this will increase unless there is an offer to take the shell which looks highly unlikely given the market conditions and no appetite to currently list in london. Very uncomfortable loss for me here!!
