We have £500k cash plus 6 months listing and a possibility of an RTO. Shells usually trade at a premium to cash reserves, this is currently trading at half cash reserves at this time.

Turns out Afzal sold after the big drop boys, had a message from him today.

Hi, Sorry for picking up your message late, it was a very bad experience with ITS - what a con of a CEO he turned out to be pure fraudulent activity the way he sold the company off no one expected this. I lost out big selling at 1.60p. Just moved on to avoid any more stress and hoping to try and recoup the losses from other trades ATB Afzal

I'm waiting for ISA allowance to reset in April then I will grab another load of these cheap shares. I even expect pay out to shareholders to be more worth more than the current SP.

AIM regulators are now looking in to this matter...Stay tuned.
