Hi fjones40. No Joke ! I quit agree with what you say that with H/H and Tanzania the SP should be sky high. As you have quite rightly noted very little volume in either direction is having a great effect. I hope I am wrong and that you are right. AIMVHO. Wish I could have posted something more to your liking. Just an opinion. Good luck to us all. But I fear somebody out there really does not want us/ Solo oil to succeed. imo

This is a genuine post so please don't take it as sarcasm. Suggestion would it be possible to get Neil enrolled on a business studies course at the London school of economics. I feel this would benefit Solo oil as a company and would ultimately be a feather in N/R cap (WIN WIN). This would also be Tax deductible. Perhaps this could be put forward at the forthcoming AGM.

I have copied this from the UKOG board a poster named argus 1. The 2016 HH flow test produced 1940 barrels of oil that were delivered to Esso refinery at Fawley. There are some that have questioned that the flow rates were for only for a very short duration, only a few hours. That is because the flow so exceeded expectation that prior OGA flow test permission had only been approved for a total output from the well of 2000 barrels of oil as this was probably considered far more than would be required. As this was almost reached in such a short flow time the tests could not continue. "31 December 2015 "2. This Approval is given on condition that: (a) during the said test, petroleum in the form of crude oil shall not be got from the well in amounts which in total exceed oil 2000 bbl (280 tonnes, 320 cubic metres);"

It's a shame. YA Capital will just keep on converting now each time we get a bit of a lift from our % at H/H. I feel we are pinned up against the ropes now. We have taken on so many ac creative liabilities I fear we can only borrow more and more now. Barring a miracle this stock is now DEAD ! ! ! All to late now for LTH. Might just as well wait for them to come and give us a lethal injection to put us out of our misery once and for all. A death spiral indeed. We made our own choices. Is it now worth our while de listing and taking Solo private ? Or are we even to late for that. I think we could raise the votes. Hobsons choice.

I hope we do not sell our stake in Horse hill to UKOG. I note they have just raised over 5 million pounds and that they were already fully funded for current operations to include H/H. So what do they need the £5.5 million pounds for is the question imo. It all seems very covert to me. BWTFDIK. The plot thickens.

We have Oil at Horse hill and it is ready to flow. Bring on the tankers. Portland should be in production very soon imo. 15% to Solo oil. We did the riskiest hard part. Now lets get it on commercial flow. Very very excited with Horse hill. The heard will be here soon. GLA.

Yes but if they had of released the RNS'S the other way around the bankrollers could have ended up in a position that the share price could have been lower than the placeing price. They are like us and want to make money also. imo the share price has been higher than doing it the other way around. Frustrating for traders though as they would have wanted it the other way around. All a matter of perception and investor vs trader I know but so pleased to have the consent and the the operator fully funded. Don't worry if you are in the other stock you have got it made if you bought in yesterday imo. Ukog should fly sky high from here as should we. Every body wants to be paid for the finance of the project. Understandable really I think. AIMVHO

What I mean is vike 1 if they had of givenconfirmation ofdilution prior to the OGA approval there share price would be lower today imo. So it has been a good move to protect share holder value over there imo. Any way good for all that we have the OGA approval. Just my opinion. GLA.

I think that UKOG did things the right way around also as if the dilution RNS was confirmed first there fall would have been worse. Well played UKOG. Now get that testing going. Happy days.

Ukog raised @ 0.90 and a 12% discount = 1.08 equivalent. They have already been down to meet that price. Think the traders and investors there are in a fantastic position now. And by default so are we. Bring on the flow testing !

Ukog have the Money and the approval from the OGA yesterday this should move upwards fast now imo The OGA approval changes every thing imo. "COME ON SOLO"

It is good to know that Horse Hill is now fully funded. Testing to start very soon. Looking forward to the results. Even a % of the previous flow rates will be majorly uplifting to us all. We now have the OGA approval. Should be blue skys here now and at UKOG imo.
