I would not discount the possibility of other potential farm in partners wanting to take up the Aminex % through a deal with Solo 50% would be of great interest to other companies looking to expand or even enter into Tanzania @$35 million for their 25% it would be an absolute snip. Think others may well be prepared to pay a lot more with what has already been proven. I expect the Solo BODS must be very busy right now. Lets cut that deal with another party or get that loan.

The EWT at Horse Hill Portland zone is in progress, all we need is for that one zone to be declared commercial and that will be our G&A covered for the future of the company. Plus 30% of the IOW again just the portland layer will be just fine. If the Kimmeridge zones at Horse Hill flow I expect Solo to issue all share holders with a wheel barrow each to carry home their loot.
Just that Portland zone at H/H will put us in a cracking position to get Bank finance for the preemption rights.

imo N/r has not failed he has succeeded. As Neil said some years ago we need a stronger / better operator. Caused a bit of a spat at the time. Through thick and thin Neil has stuck with Solo when many would have and could have walked away. And have tried to engineer that very thing. Politics is a dirty business and so is AIM.

He has done everything within his power to protect our asset in Tanzania. Now we have what Neil has been waiting for the Zubairs to move the project forward in a timely and correct manner he can now step down. Just awaiting the official transfer of the operator to the Zubairs . And of course we have the appropriate resignations over at Aminex. I could go on and on. Neil hasn't failed he has succeeded and we will all now benefit from his incredible staying power moving forward.

Spot on steve58. Yes turn the tables on them. Any body voting this deal through would need their brains examining. unless they have just picked up stock on the Transformational farm out lows.

Would it not make more sense for Aminex to go for dilution ,yes their sp would take a hit but it has taken a hit anyway and screwed over all there share holders by accepting such a low offer. It is fantastic that we can all move the drill forward now. But if I was in Aminex I would vote no. Go for dilution or a loan. Why sell out a good part of their assets for nicks. RED ALERT N/R AND THE BODS. Something is not right over the road ! Careful something is very very wrong.
Nobody would just give away all that proven gas and very real potential for Oil after all they have been through to get this far. It would be as cheap to dilute or get a loan. I don't think the Tanzanians wanted Aminex to run the show. Not strong enough I guess. I really am sorry for there share holders. They have been robed. As much as I am a Solo share holder I hope there is enough of them to vote it down. If they do where that leaves everybody I do not know as they want the Zub's to be the operator. All those years of people building up their positions and research the risk the mutual support to drive the project forward. They have my absolute sympathy. I feel genuinely very very sorry for them. As one of their posters pointed out it is the first time they have ever seen an sp go down on a farm out in there lives. Me to. What an ending. Poor sods.

Hello Kejoglo,, No not tongue in cheek. Yes there will be more dilution imo also. I think that is what Aminex should have done or take out a loan imo. Like I say I genuinely believe this to be a fantastic result for Solo (no disrespect intended to the very long term suffering Aminex share holders who may not even get to break even.) That's the stock market I know. Any further dilution at Solo will be massively off set by the value of Gas / Oil on our books and the licence.
The game has now changed we have a new operator with a fantastic track record in country that wants to get things moving fast. The added value of the Aminex deal to Solo oils position can not be overstated.
We have a very wealthy operator, get the flags out because this was needed something or some one had to give. It's ha pend it is done. Let us get that drill bit turning !!! No drag on this drill now.

Yes indeed they have farmed out to cheap. Overall it would seem to be proven that the Solo oil way of doing things is best. Drill and licence and then production / farm out. I think a lot of people must be reviewing there opinion of N/R and the team at Solo. I know am. I feel quite humbled to think with out the board making the right decisions we could have lost tens of millions of pounds in value / Gas just like the Aminex board. I voted and put 1.4 million odd shares against the reappointment of Mr Donald Strang and the issue of more shares the other day. Due to excessive pay. oops !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like he/they are worth there salt after all. My mistake and I admit to it. Looking at our board I believe they shine like stars when put next to the board of Aminex. This was a great deal for Solo oil but totally crap for Aminex imo. I am going to fill in a new voting form resubmit it and ask that the first one be destroyed.

Think the whole Ruvuma / Tanzania investment became derisked for Aminex today. Don't think the new operators will waste any time. Nice steady increases in the sp will do just fine.

Aminex can now move forward apace with the new operator. Re rate.
Every body can move on up now. Well done the BODS. The Zub,s will carry the strain now to the benefit of all.

Great that the project can now move forward. What I really love about this is the fact we have the loan funding in place for CH-1 if chosen or an open offer or in the further alternative an asset sale outside of Tanzania or perhaps even a farm out ! Oh what it is to have a choice and multiple ones at that. I need to sit down. Fantastic news today on so many levels. Well done Solo oil BODS. Well done to all that have held. The future is now far more certain.

That should of course be the out come of this drill subject to the EWT.
I can sense a lot of people are disheartened on here today, try to be positive and don't do any thing stupid.

Well another good days work today at H/H. Could we we get that all important RNS in the morning to say that Oil is now flowing. Then of course with the IOW (30% to Solo oil) that will be all our G&A covered again ! phew. Who needs KN-1. Although it would be a nice bonus. If the the Kimmeridge flows, get those wheel barrows ready.
Not for the faint of heart but boy this could do us all a lot of good especially for the sp. No guarantees as always but we may as well enjoy the drill. Goodness knows we have paid for it.

Hi bigdouble. Although I have not sent you my name and proof of holdings, Because I do not believe it appropriate
I wish the cause well and thank you and all others for their time and efforts on behalf of all share holders.
I feel that to be getting paid over a quarter of a million pounds per year is obscene and morally and ethically wrong. No justification for such excessive remuneration has been offered and non can be found or even imagined by this share holder. I have today voted against the reappointment of Mr Donald Strang and also voted against any further dilution/ share issues. That will be just a little over 1.4 million shares in new money. Hope that helps.
May be more at the time due to the good buying opportunity at the present time.
Just like to say there is nothing personnel against Mr Donald Strang within my action/vote. This is a matter of self preservation. Your right in your actions, because if we do want things to change we need to stand up and be counted at the vote.
This spend spend spend has got to stop. Five grand a week wages. That is just plain wrong. It's offensive. It is unjustifiable to my mind. We need to see share holder value in the sp. Not pay it all away. Ridiculous amount of wages ££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££
