Hello burningdown1side. What I am on is an excellent investment imo. This company is so close to production now. Yes it has taken Solo and it's partners years and many millions of investment. This is so close to goal now ar Ruvuma.
Helium one has the mining licences required. They are about to drill. Mostlly Helium and Nitrogen that makes our cost cheaper. Although there is no shortage of Helium as such enough left for over 100 years supply, AT 10 % as appossed to 0.5%-1.5% at rukwa we will be able to produce at very low cost relatively speaking. If you want some of what I am on I would suggest you go to your broker and get some. It is called "Solo oil." It will blow your mind ! LOL.
I wish I could get some more at this so called SP.

Just to say N/R is a fantastic geologist. I am so pleased he is still on the team and have great respect for him in his chosen field. However in my past emails with N/R (imo he knows any thing he says will end up in public domain) he told me that the investments were acretive . That every $ spent should add a $ to the share price. I thought at the time that that is bonkers because if you buy an asset you have also bought a bill until it is proved up and bringing in an income. Therefor the market would see the new asset as a liability until such time as it produced an income rather than an expenditure. But Neil just doesn't get it. That's why I said before the company should pay for him to go on a course at the London school of economics. It would have been great for him and Solo oil. Any way thank you bigdouble and cperkin and all others who tried one or or another to get Neil to stop taking on more and more liabilities.
Part of me was very upset to here we have sold our 30% of the I.O.W. a great play. But having slept on it the BOD
are right it's another liability that we cannot afford to develop and prove up at the moment. Tanzania assets are well advanced and will produce way before I.O.W.
I really do feel the Solo oil are a company that can move forward now. Yes we had a fantastic asset in the I.O.W but you need to be able to service/develop it.
We now have the right people in the right positions now.
We would and Aminex would have bugger all without Neil. But my god I would never send him out to do my shopping.Think I would eat like a king for one day and starve the rest of the week !

Hello steve58. Yes indeed. That would appear to be the most logical answer. I mean just because we have other good assets in Tanzania does not mean we simply call the I.O.W non core and get rid. Others out there would have loved that 30%. If we had of been in for the drill it would have added massive value to Solo upon success. The income from that success would out strip the monies we have sold for imo. We are just so bloated with cash. We need assets to earn an investment (AIM STYLE) return on. Not just cash on hand. Yes I believe you are right and my own thoughts are the same. Helium is worth more than GOLD ! Yes that has to be it. Good housekeeping be damned. I would be damned if any body else would let I.O.W. go for the sake of pure flippancy. Yes steve58 there is more to this than meets the eye.

There can be no doubt that UK have had it away with an absolute bargain yesterday. On balance there must surly be a very pressing/urgent powerful reason for it. Can't be Ruvuma costs we already have these covered twice over. Even the most severe of stress tests would see Solo fly through. Something's cooking. Must be something of far greater and imminent value. They must be pretty damn sure to have given up the I.O.W. 30% of. A very low risk drill with a massive COS.
We need clarification as to what the motive and drive has been here.
Heavy hitters at the helm. These are no fools. Lots of anticipation and intrigue here. The BODS do not give up an asset like that. They need money badly WHY ? Sure as hell not for Ruvuma. mmm IMHO

Think 50% of Helium one would be good imo. This will save helium one the cost of an IPO. If people would like exposure to this asset then buy Solo oil stock is the answer. (Already listed).
Deals can always be done. Lots of cost savings/synergies and we are all on the same team anyway. Be great to have a bit more say.
Bring on the drill program. Bring on the excitement and frenzy that is Helium. GLA.

This is what happens when people get chemistry sets for Christmas.

That is some war chest. They could buy more of Helium one or help Aminex out again. Although I do feel it will be a yes vote.

I know Helium one are the operator and want to do an IPO. But the drilling co from the U.S. ,that are already highly experienced to include Tanzania don't even want any money. All the people from the U.S are asking for is a part of the company and they will drill all our wells for us. I say let them drill it. be rude not to.

Dar es Salaam — The Minister for Energy and Minerals, Prof Sospeter Muhongo, has ordered the drilling of helium to start immediately.

Prof Muhongo told The Citizen that the management of the Helium One Company had been given the go ahead to start drilling at Lake Rukwa where 54.2 billion standard cubic feet of the gas had been found.

Although this is about 100 bcf now and up to 10% Helium at Rukwa rift valley.

I just think it is quite funny on the one hand we want the o.k to drill CH-1. On the other hand we are ordered by the Government to start drilling for Helium immediately back in 2016 and do diddly squat about it.
A very poor show. imo. RNS please to explain this non compliance to drill.

Great to know this investment is already showing profit along with Horse hill. An update on the IPO and drilling plans would give us all a lift i'm sure. Then we can get that mining licence on a successful results. Sounds like the drilling co are looking for a %. Should preserve capital. Was to be Q4 2018. Looks like they are now targeting early 2019. Must keep an open mind and eye out for that red dot. We deserve some Christmas cheer. Great to see the assets moving in the right direction. GLA.

Hello caddy1. I believe Solo oil and it's entire board were and have been caught up in the crossfire. N/R was a casualty of that war if you like. Although that does not excuse him spending monies he simply did not have I am of the absolute opinion all the things he chose/was driven to do were to protect us from a dreadful situation.I believe he had and still has the very best of intentions towards Solo oil it's shareholders and the T.P.D.C and Zubairs. It has been a very long garden path imo. I look forward to a much brighter secure future under the Zubair wings. Result ! imminently.

All the doom and gloom and upset to one side. What really matters as a Solo oil share holder is that this Aminex fiasco is coming to an end. I am so looking forward to the new operator, who are willing and very able to move forward with,Ntorya we have needed this for so long. The Aminex chairman did a runner. The rest of their board are creaming the situation for all they can while they can. Snouts in the trough is an understatement as has been there entire performance. No wonder the Tanzanian government don't want these buffoons. Good riddance to bad rubbish imo. A big thank you to N/R for the assets we have in Tanzania. I so look forward to Solo oil moving forward with the Zubairs . The RNS yesterday was fantastic news for Solo oil. I am so looking forward to their farm out. A massive positive for the T.P.D.C and very much a positive catalyst for the Solo SP. imo GLA. About bloody time bring it on !

Easy to see now what Neil Ritson had to contend with from Aminex/Jay. N/r was a spendaholic it's true. Duped into believing he would have plenty of funding no doubt. But I bet he was treated with the same contempt by Aminex/Jay as they treat all of their shareholders. They can't even get rid of Jay now. Jay has so much stock through Aminex in essence buying his worthless according to Aminex accounts so called oil well. The truth comes out in the end !
