All that has changed over the years is that the field is continuously proven to be bigger and bigger. Lots more shares in issue that are more than offset by this continuing growth in resources. Opex has been reduced down through disposals of assets and personnel. A BOD made up of heavy hitters.

AIM is not good for Solo imo. I would rather de-list . Mothball the company and wait 100 years if necessary. To have spent hundreds of millions of Dollars to find Gas that they currently do not seem interested in is just bonkers. I have no surprise that the last attempt to sell off shore blocks failed. I think the current attempt will end in tears also. The big names want out and are selling out of Tanzania now. They are just to damned greedy. Time was people thought the oil and Gas industry were greedy. My how times have changed. They can't sell the off shore blocks any more. I wonder why. There needs to be some balance. The risk takers must be paid out. Other wise if the country and MM Welch then what is the point of investing into these projects.

Yes a great shame that both companies cash position continues to be squeezed. Especially so for Aminex. They really do need to find an income stream from some where. That's what happens when you agree exclusivity with another company. Bet Aminex can't wait until this fiasco with the Zubs comes to and end. Roll on the long stop date. Bet Jay won't fall for that again. Plenty of other interest according to our BOD. They will likely get a far more realistic deal anyway from our potential suitors. 50% will be of GENUINE interest to others.

Hi RiskReepReward, I wouldn't even want to hazard a guess after all that has gone on here of late. At first I supported Vonk and the finance, Angus like any body else need monies to move forward of course. Having an open mind I have reviewed my conclusions. I don't think Vonk was a very nice man. Not got much in here as it is just for distraction purposes and dare I say a little day to day entertainment while I await other matters to conclude. I am long and wish long holders well. The share price certainly deserves to be reinstated to previous levels before a placing to be fair. Although as we know life isn't fair. But I do hope the Angus sp is moved back up especially for the people for whom this is a serious investment unlike myself just here to enjoy this board with a small amount invested just to pep things up. GLA. (Longs).

Maybe the loan was his final stab at BOD.

I bet that those interested in in our 25% are keeping a very close eye on the Aminex long stop date. All still to play for.
Hope they have an open eyes and mind over at Aminex. 50% is a nice round figure. Lots of interest looking at the Solo RNS. A biding war could possibly evolve for both companies %. All gives time for others to pull the rug from under the Zubs if they should fail to get their act together quick enough. 13/02/2019. Their way out is somebody else's way in, and they do want in !!!

That is because the deal was at the wrong time from a financial point of view not the investment point of view and without (a pre approved valid means of payment). I can only imagine any further position in Helium one would be with new funding in place from some. With Solo oil in a much better financial position one way or another.

There may even be some back in costs due if the T.P.D.C take a %. Lot's for the accountants to do. Think we may be owed monies for Gas also. Although disputed by the T.P.D.C Solo now runs on three people on a daily basis according to to days RNS, and buy in other services as and when required. think the BOD will be on to all costings + or -.
A new era.

It would be great to get a special dividend. Although it would of course attract TAX. They could give a special dividend to share holders that wanted it and they pay their own TAX on that. Alternatively could the BOD issue new discounted stock (22% discount to the prevailing price /vwap at the time, up to the value of a holders special dividend in Solo. Or let the share price rise and every person for themselves ISA no TAX. I wonder what the asset base would then consist of. All sprats and mackerels. But a win for share holders and Solo. I guess. Helium looks good. Would be great to take a much larger % of that. The BOD seem impressed. Great to see costs under control. Very much looking forward to the issuing of the licence. A strong buy in my "opinion" ,and if the price should fall. Then tomorrow it will be an even stronger buy. GLA.

Very pleased to see a well thought out RNS that they obviously have put a lot of time and effort into to help keep the market and us all informed as they reasonably can. Pleased they have costs in mind. an under control on balance considering the various discussions taking place.That's what we as share holders needed. To know that solid progress is being made.

Hi steve, yes he did. Yes as you quite rightly say they could have announced/got on with the KN-1 work over a year ago. I hope they do get the farm out as it would be transformational news for Solo.
Aminex/Jay seem to have developed a motive and a drive to acquire income beyond the Zubs. Lets hope all this goes to goal. If not at least we have plenty of money to take up a further % if today's RNS was not entirely accurate. People say things in these RNS but you can't always believe them you know. imo.

It's great to see Jay making contingency plans along with Ara over at Aminex. He looks very shocked/scared but awake!

Well the assets are still there. In fact they just keep getting bigger as the field continues to prove just how big it is.
This share has been a strong buy for years imo and as the share price has continued to drop that strong by just keeps getting stronger.
I would like to see at least 20p-30p a share imo. We need a strong operator to move this forward. Roll on the end of march. Either Aminex get their farm out or go to the wall. We would probably pick up a greater % of Ruvuma and move forward with the whoever ended up with the rest of the %. So one way or the other yes it does look as if Solo will be able to move forward. Being fully funded for CH-1 is a great platform to move off, Whoever the new operator should turn out to be. The very best of luck to one and all,

Is what the delay is here I think. They will get an RNS out asap. I feel they would want that as much as any body. Way overdone on the drop. A decent sustained rise is deserved here. I wonder if they might give us a little preview based on due diligence already done. Have they had enough time ? Action on site would help our recovery I feel. Should be o.k.

What a marvellous distraction from the hum drum this stock is, worth every penny for that alone. I am very confident they will get the oil. They have not gone to all this trouble with out large financial motive. Once those that need/want to be are fully loaded I fully expect the sp to fly. It's all wealds within wealds. We deserve a good rally.

Hope to see another tanker soon. That should help calm nerves. Enough of the panic attacks totally unnecessary lets crack on. Two things have changed. 1. The bod. 2. The sp. The oil is still there. Bring on the tankers.

This will now power back up to the mid teens now the deed has been done. The uncertainty has been removed.
