I am so pleased we have managed to remain steadfast in the commitment not to let any of our 25% of the PSA go prior to the C-1 drill. I am very happy with N/R and the Solo BODS with regard to this. No quick bucks carp here. Lets get the best part of the value we can. Under no circumstances should Solo give up any part of our PSA before the C-1 imo. Save to say that an offer was to be to good to refuse. And boy oh boy it would have to be pretty damn amazing for us to let go of any % of our crown jewels. Well done to the BODS on this one imo. I really hope the movement on AEX today will result in an RNS to say that C-1 can be drilled due to a very fair farm down and with a spud date of course. Fingers and toe's crossed for us all. Give us the drill that should spice things up a bit. I shall like many be up out of bed with hope in my heart.

Hi bigdouble, I would not be for an egm at this time. The reason I would not be in favour is that Solo is on the cusp of rewards beyond N/R and the boards direct control. He has stated that he does not want to farm down until after C-1. If he were to stick to that it makes a lot of sense in terms of the value chain. Although we may be made an offer we might not refuse. If he try's to do a mates rates farm down like the last time on the extreme cheap I would vote for his removal in the blink of an eye. But 100% I will vote against any farm down that would be considered as not rewarding the share holders properly for the time and money we have invested. We have not developed the field this far to be hoodwinked out of our rightful rewards. If there is to be a farm down at all then it must be on commercial terms and not the derisory pittance and insult we were presented with previously. If they try that again then that I will be voting against 100%. People can count on that much. With regard to shares held I am not prepared to disclose that information at this time.

Yes the MM make money on the spread on the way up and down of course. But a massive gap up is what really floats there boat. Wonder how many they are holding.

imo The only way for the BODS to make money on their investments and options is for other share holders to be loosing money. imo they will keep on piling on the pain until enough have lost to make the stock go as low as is required. When they start to sell so will . AIMVHO ! They need to see a lot more loosing money imo. I wish we could have moved forward with Solo making profits.That's how it should have been, then there would have been demand for the stock. It seems that there are those that are more tuned to making money from thin air so to speak. I wonder how many are left that will sell. They may need to do a placement to create even more shares (and options for the board of course) to get new investors that they can then push out of the stock. Think you are right fjones40. All faith seems to have been destroyed, along with peoples pension pots and savings. Life savings in some cases. It has certainly been one of the worst cases on AIM. We all made our choices but I can't help but feel very sorry for people.

Should be noted that Solo oil have paid for 5% of their holding in (kind) that is to say services / work done by Solo oil/ N/R. Not in cash. All a bit grey really. To me any way.

Well we can match the Havoc partners we have 15% of Helium one also. Helium one could be getting ready to float on the ASX ! Some body on here once worked out a price for Solo oil should our then !0% stake be successful and it came out at a stggering �5 a share. This Helium gas is actually more exspensive than Gold !

Of course we have have our own web site to read but beyond that it is worth reading this from Havoc partners if you have not already. In the USA they are ******* themselves over 1.5%. We have readings of over 10% and in quantities of nearly 100 bcf at Rukwa alone, And look how fast they can produce it from a skid.
