trrime imo Aminex and their partners would be interested in Solo oil and their partners would be interested in both companies for that matter. imo they would like Aminex to take out the Solo interest for them. I believe that they believe they could get the 25% cheaper that way. Once they have achieved this they would then go for Aminex. What goes round comes round. Beyond that any of the NOC may be interested. In particular as I posted many months ago Statoil would like more in Tanzania and Solo oil would make a great bolt on to say the least. But again if they could get more I feel they would take it. The Ruvuma basin offers massive growth potential for the right buyer / partner. Over all with the lack of movement / activity re: KN-1 Ntorya 3 the downward push on the sp something is afoot. Like every one I await with baited breath to see this unfold. There is so much interest in Tanzania/ Ruvuma basin. It is world class and where big money is concerned people will go to any lengths to get at it. Somebody is going to make a play for us. With the latest CPR it is more likely than not imo.

Oh there are are buyers alright ! its gonna get fierce and nasty. But Solo holders should do very well.

At last YES Crustypete that is exactly what I am suggesting ! Some pain now for Aminex and Solo shareholders. The prize is massive Solo own 25% of this asset . Get rid ! It would be well worth it to gain another 25% of the entire area they have. I think the Aminex sp will drop low but will be worth it in the end for Jay and co.. imo. I can understand your position in continually bleating and posting YOUR diatribe. But the Aminex sp is in a firm downward spiral. Heading towards 2p and fast ,just google it !Ultimately as this plays out eventually it will come to pass that the stock to be in all along was Solo oil. By far the better prospect as they will not be allowed to keep 25% of the asset in Ruvuma. Good luck I fully understand your and mine frustration. This has been posted before. I understand some do not want to here this or understand it's possible meaning. People are entitled to an opinion whether it suits you or not Crustpete. Yes I hear your opinion about the T.P.D.C. you do not want to here mine. If Aminex could gain the Solo 25% on the cheap they would imo. O O.k cperkin 2p a share is very low ball. I am just trying to wake some up to what may and I say may be afoot. I don't blame the T.P.D.C Jays own words points the finger at himself. I could be very wrong. But I like to look at all the angles and not be a closed minded one sided poster like Crustypete is being.

The markets react to fact. If the compressor for KN-1 is such a quick and easy fix according to Jay then why doesn't he bloody well get on and do it then. Or give a supported logical explanation to all as to why not. This type of communication should be standard. This one sided partial communication to suit ones own convenience has a negative effect for both companies. As most of us know some very well researched and respected analyst are suggesting that Aminex should buy the company back in. Should this prove to be the case then Solo will most defiantly been a good investment as they will not want us playing with their toys. 2p a share for Aminex may seem like a good private offer forward looking. But the self harm and lack of KN-1 income will pull down both share prices for now.. AIMHO. DYOR.

willowpillow. I have never intended to pump Solo. Only looked at the facts/ assets. I was very supportive of N/R. I needed an investment vehicle to protect me from my own atrocious share dealing direct into stocks. The Solo oil business model sounded like a plan to me. A good plan. Trouble is I may be a bad stock picker but I am not completely stupid. The way Neil is directing this there is no logical way to ever make a reasonable amount of profit v the risk involved, fjones40 speaks of Ruvuma but it seems to me history strongly suggests the profits will be forward diluted as always. I am not a stockbroker just a regular person. This plant can never bloom N/R wont let it. He keeps chopping of the flower buds. There is no way to win. The business model that I bought into should logically have worked. But for some reason he just wont let it be successful. May be neil himself is frightend of success himself and so inadvertently stops the sp from rising. I understood the need to replace the KN-1 income with more of H/H due the shenanigans being played out over at Aminex and I think they are about to go private at massive loss of profits to its investors as well. But that's for another board really although they are the operator of Ruvuma. I conclude as an average person on the street that there is something very wrong here. Neil is either a Genius under attack from Aminex and doing all he can to protect his investors but we just don't have all the info or he is crackers. Take your pick. GLA.

Yes it is true that most if not all of the H/H value has been destroyed for holders of Solo. We all hoped to see a good move north on H/H but yes all profits will be soaked up by the over hang. How can we ever make a profit when any chance of one is pr-diluted each and every time. Must be the strongest of sells for any body remotely in a position or willing to take the loss. Very very sad times. Even if Tanzania came good for us what then dilute to buy something more and nothing for the owners again. If we do sell our 25% of Ruvuma I bet there will be nothing for share holders and N/R will make an ac-creative aquisition in Banana plantation. And for that he will need a lot of seed money. Don't think you will have to long to wait fjones40 the MM are upping the bid.The demand is there and the stock is getting ready for a strong rise imo. Looks as though it is finally going to go are way. Not before time. Bring it on ! This stock so deserves a re-rate upwards. Be great to get rid of the doom sayers.
