Results from drilling at West Newton-A earlier this year indicated the presence of oil, as well as the expected gas. Reabold described the find as “potentially the largest UK onshore gas field and potentially the largest hydrocarbon discovery onshore since 1973.

The new Reabold presentation added:

“The shift to oil from initial expectation of gas, as well as significant local infrastructure, increases potential for early monetisation through oil sales ahead of field development”

“Drilling and testing will help refine future work programme and move West Newton towards a field development plan.”

UJO Debt free.

It is hugely positive to all partners that the operator RBD will be fully funded to prove up this massive licence area containing the largest hydrocarbon discovery in fifty years. Most people are aware of the basics that UJO are already funded for the EWT and also to drill another well. Should the operator decide to expedite matters then pay day for all partners will of course arrive that much earlier with further positive results.
"IF/WHEN" they might need to raise , no body is going to give a flying you know what ! Not even a toss !
Bring it on, should we not already have sold out our % by then.
As things stand Wressle income is not to far away (Hopefully).
UJO are in an incredibly very well -planned and fortunate position .
For my part I am just so grateful to the board of UJO for making us a part of this once in a life time opportunity.
Any body selling out of UJO at this time (for what ever reason) are being robbed plain and simple. They are selling their shares back into the market at an enormous discount at this time. I am sorry for any holders that have found they are in that position.

Of course I am aware the West newton "B" well is fully funded.
I have posted nothing to suggest other wise, Have I mmm . GET IT !!!

If/when a placing happens it is good to know that the over all value of the project has now been massively firmed up by having such a cash rich operator. I think given the projects clear and viable viability through the financial strength of our operator any raise now by UJO would be at a premium.

Now that RBD will have control it, West Newton should be full speed ahead. If UJO have a placing to accelerate the project to move UJO forward a pace, then I for one will certainly be in the very long queue to support that. Fully funded for now. But like over at RBD they will be able to place easily for this asset. The quality has been endorsed by the RBD raise to say the least. We only place to move forward. So happy to have the interest in West Newton to raise funds for should it ever become necessary.
Plenty of other assets progressing the obvious one wressle. It will fantastic to have a decent income.

Egdon continues to to gain steadily. Roll on the 5th November.

Don't think we need to concern ourselves to much about people seeing the CPR before it's release to the public as imo under the circumstances we can take it as read the numbers are going to be very impressive. Rebold know a bargain when they see one. That's for sure.
This looks all set to go into orbit. I really do believe this is a once in 50 year opportunity. You couldn't have enough of these. There is going to be panic buying as people struggle to get in. A once in a life time chance indeed. Iv'e got mine. Roll on Monday.

TakeAimFire. Thank you for the info. So it would seem there is to be quite a large element of gift involved in the divestment. Did not really think it would be open commercial terms being an in house deal.

When you consider the license area to be worth in the region of $2 Billion dollars (possibly) How much for £20,000,000. I am going to take a wild guess they may get a further 5% maybe up to 7%. Once more drilling done more than that.
It's only a reasonable guess.
Any body else have a guess at what % £20,000,000 may get ? Just for fun. It's all it can be.

I wonder what % they will get for the £20,000,000. Although it is basically an in house deal ,it could still provide kind of a sort of read across as to the value of the UJO % or not given the related parties. Still surely a great positive at this early stage. Will be interesting to see some % next week. Don't think they will get a lot for £20,000,000. I appreciate it is a lot of money. But this is the biggest on-shore oil discovery in 50 years. All in house but will still be interesting to see.

Would make sense to see sight of the CPR sooner rather than later. This would give potential investors the chance to raise maximum funds in order to take fullest advantage of the opportunity put before them.

Very happy with the RBD RNS. Looking very good for West newton UJO , and this RNS backs up just how much evidence they have amassed so far.
I guess at our currant rate of cash burn a placing would make sense. A placing for the right reasons can only be seen as a positive for UJO. If the powers that be decide it is in our best interests then I am happy to let them decide at what point it should be done. As a shareholder I would like them to wait until after the CPR is made public.

This has been declared an oil discovery. Not even going to mention all the other great assets we have.
Could this be mates rates only on a much grander scale than we are use to.

Would be good to see UJO put something out to steady the ship. Even if it is an RNS to confirm they do not know why there has been such volume in the companies stock and the resulting (continuing )blood bath.
Come UJO why such negative movement given all the positive RNS'S. Given the positive fact based interviews and RNS's we would quite understand a massive rise.

These people have effectively turned water into wine, and the share price goes off the edge of a cliff.
This is obtuse. If it had of been oil turning into water then o.k we could understand. But this is twisted.
We were under valued to start with and the gas would have seen us pushing a penny a share. Now we have loads more info and it has been CONFIRMED to be mostly oil and the share price collapses.
I have seen some strange goings on in my life time, but nothing to compete with this mystery.
