I fully understand that the partners are going with 500 bopd initially. An initial 500 bopd constrained flow is a fantastic result. This is worth around 3 million a year to UJO at $60 oil.
The partners will do what is necessary to protect the the well. Just a question of cash flow/how fast we pump the oil out/longevity of the well. We have a production licence for Wressle for the next 15 years. The oil is to be transported by road tanker. I believe 500 bopd is a very sensible and safe place to start to protect our well. If as I believe we do a side track then we will need to make further arrangements with the council to run more tankers. Or in the alternative the well will produce a lot longer. All good, win win. For the the partners the local economy indeed the U.K. and share holders.

Great to know also that the 500 bopd is just the initial flow rate. Could well be more moving forward just depends on how fast the natural fractures recharge/and allowing for longevity of the well. This well can achieve 1000 bopd we have been informed. Yes just this one well ! We may drill a side track from this well. We may drill new wells as we have a production licence for the entire licence area.

I fully understand and comprehend why UJO see Wressle as company making as a stand alone licence.

The market wanted us to show them the proof. Well we have certainly done that.
We should see a significant re-rate of the sp from here. The market tends to look forward with regard to earnings. The MM have certainly got something to look at now.
Wressle is an absolute gem of a licence area. The 500 bopd is a great beginning. Looking forward to full field development on what may well be a self funding licence.

So pleased and relieved that we WILL be putting in an access road to the well site. To have the road closure notice around the site is of great significance. This is all very indicative of the WN asset moving forward.
"IF" we get the go ahead for Wressle it would be the icing on the cake. This time around things seem to be more positive for us. Although given the long history and failed attempts by the partners to get a production licence for the Wressle licence area I fully understand the market will add nothing to the sp until the production licence is hopefully finally approved.

I just have to wonder if some how some way we could not take proceedings against the exchange itself. After all surely they owe a duty of care to the companies they allow to list. And yet think about it, they allow placeings and the stock to still be traded at the same time that the placing is going on. Gross negligence imo. Something needs to change. That's it no more posting on this. There is something very wrong here. It doesn't make any sense.

Any damages received would need to be split between share holders on the register at the time imo.
Any way, a complicated case that needs to be prosecuted. I am sure they can put a very strong case forward,and as a share holder I look forward to proceedings being issued and served. The legal eagles and the courts will come up with the formula for general damages. I shall leave it there for now.

Think we need to look at the average market cap at the time the damage was done. The fact that people can now buy in at a much reduced market cap given the criminal activities and all the progress that has been made is infuriating for shareholders and will have altered many target prices I am sure. For any body able to take advantage of the situation who still has the faith in the systems in place and the monies ,then yes, they can now go on to make a lot of money out of UJO at the existing share holders expense. Existing share holders have a much lower share price to spring from now. The whole dynamic of the share price has been altered.

If it should be necessary to raise further funds to pursue the culprits then so be it for my part, justice must be done for UJO and in fact the stock market in general. We would of course apply for all of our cost in this matter. I think an out of court settlement may be preferred as this will save them costs all around. We UJO must surly have the strongest of cases.
We will prosecute imo "Why wouldn't you".

As a share holder at the time and I still am. For my part I absolutely insist that UJO pursue the perpetrators through all legal channels available on behalf of my self and all other share holders. I strongly feel that recovery proceedings should be pursued. I understand that any general award for damages might be reduced as we seemingly failed to mitigate our losses by suspending the stock. However the court may accept to suspend the stock could have caused further financial/reputation collateral damage. We need to apply for general damages of at least 10.000.000 million pounds sterling, and let the courts decide the final figure all things considered and every thing taken on balance.
I am a share holder I want this taking into court unless there should be a realistic out of court settlement.

Well perhaps RBD RAISED 19 MILLION and ujo 5 MILLION due to some body else wanting to make a bid /test/develop WN , and it is another entity that will ultimately apply for consents/approvals so be it. Some body is going to move this forward. Yes we must wait for the RNS. imo may be there is a reason they have not applied. Perhaps it will be up to some one else.
The EA seem to refute and denied what RBD say any way. All to play for. Just have to wait and see. All good either way.

I must agree nothing built into share price for a successful Wressle approval. It has been refused to many times over the years. People have gone to great lengths to prevent UJO from going about it's business, on many fronts and the market knows it.. "IF" we do manage to finally get approval after all of these years, I think we will see prolonged uplift in the sp that will be supported at new highs due to the coming production of an INITIAL 500 bopd. Can do 1000 bopd from this one well.. A possibility to drill more wells. There is a real growth situation ready to unfold here that will propel the UJO sp forward by multiples should approval for long term production approval be granted this time around.
Wressle is an absolute company maker as a stand alone project.
Awaiting the decision with baited breath is an understatement. Well here we are again. Just for once I hope things go UJO way.
