Bring on the wressle production profits with 0% interest payments to make and no finance company selling down in the back ground. Worth quite a few pips to the sp moving forward. This debt free position will be great for sentiment too.
On balance given the fact that UJO and it's share holders have been so disadvantaged by recent events I think UJO have got us the best deal possible under the circumstances.
I hope that RBD can stop just sitting on the cash now and start to spend the monies raised into the business, instead of just paying it out each week in ongoing erosion of capital. Bring on the Extended well test.

Very pleased we are still a totally debt free company, and all projects can now move forward a pace. No interest payments to make going forward from here that is worth quite something on £5 million pounds.

I hope the reason UJO have not been able to issue an RNS about various matters is because they have had a very early offer for our %, so early stage an RNS for it is not required at this point. There for the placing may not be needed,hence no RNS.
Looking forward to an RNS at some point though. There is more going on here than meets the eye imo. No proof other than the obtuse circumstances of the moment. Very interesting. Somebody is after our % imo.

CPR must be close/complete. But will they choose to release it prior to the results of EWT. If it were to be released perhaps it might breath new life into a placing "IF" there is to be one any time soon. RBD share price is subject to massive overhang at the moment. At least it helped to churn their shares. That has to be done first. Before they rise on such news.

Turtle82 Yes that has to be a consideration. We are reliably informed by social media (Twitter), that at least two majors have been sniffing around. It would not be to hard to imagine a J.R Ewing type oil executive trying to make a play for the whole licence. If and I say "IF" we do have a placing it will be in the very best interests of UJO and it's investors imo. I feel certain that D.B will do the very best he can for all interested parties imo. "IF" a major wants to take an initial 20% of the company in one hit then they must bid realistically or be barred from scooping up 20% of UJO for nicks in one go.
But it's all conjecture. But where large amounts of oil and gas ,money are involved UJO will have to watch their backs very very closely indeed. Who ever is the gang leader they must be pretty high up. To be pulling off these stunts and in yer face to all concerned. Like every one else I can't wait to find out who has gone to such lengths disadvantage UJO and it's share holders.

Given how far UJO assets have advanced I feel it would be morally and ethically wrong and financially unsound for UJO to proceed with a placing under the circumstances as it would materially under value the company at this point. Debt funding now maybe the solution. We cannot go to the AIM market for funding for the obvious reasons why. Some body has really ****ed all over our fire works. Over £10 million pounds written off the companies share price. Investors under water some even wiped out.
The sooner these people are brought to book the better for any company looking to raise funds.
I hope for a better day. But one thing is for sure our day will come. The gas and oil are still there. Also loads more data to support it.

Quite right there has not even been the confirmation of a placing as yet. DB is only taking soundings at the moment. If UJO are to have a placing they would surly RNS that to the market. Nothing about a placing as yet. Just pondering that's all.
Because of all the speculation in the market being put about last week they wanted to make it quite clear that it is still just a thought. Nothing definite at all. If and when a placing happens it happens but certainly no confirmation of any placing so far. Just saying.

Come on you majors get those bids in. 20% of the company in one hit. Bid Hi please. Must be value. Must be worth taking a stake in UJO now. Surely.

"iF" DB does decide to do a placing I hope that it is at a good premium all things considered, and one of the majors takes the lot at a good price as a prelude to a full buyout.

How can people be buying placing stock when the amount of stock and price / monies raised has not even been released to the market yet. No admission date set for trading on the exchange. If what you say is true and DB takes his soundings and decides not to go ahead with the placing, Were is all of this forward sold stock going to come from ?
