Yes why indeed pay more. There must be many sat on the fence waiting to find out the exact placing price. I think it is better to buy below the 0.20+. Now is a good time imo.
I wouldn't want to be out of this when they confirm we are fully funded. It will move up faster than lightning. No cheap shares to be had then.

Yes is does look like the sp is moving up to meet a a placing price of 0.20+.
Could get the RNS confirming price any time time now. At that point we will have confirmation of being fully funded across all projects and G&A. I would expect to see this go into orbit on the announcement they have raised the £5000,000.

Don't despair what ever people say, not only do we have Oil we also have the Gas at A-1 and A-2. I can see clear blue skies once we are fully funded. I love the timing of this and the Friday RNS. I feel certain that this will be to the absolute benefit of the company it's partners and all UJO share holders. Lots of plates have been thrown into the air. but I believe with the best of intention.

It must be hard for the people that have borrowed their positions thinking there would be no placing until after the Wressle decision / EWT/etc. So long as they haven't invested more than they can afford to loose.

1/ We will be very well funded for all projects.
2/ No foreseeable need to further dilute as we bring in further income.
3/ The Serious fraud office, once this organised crime is proven can seize all goods and assets of the offenders ;0
4/ With so many shares in issue it will be a lot harder (less volatility) to manipulate the stock. A good steady climb. The traders wont like it.
5/ I hope the AIM boffins do not force a consolidation on UJO to quick as they generally do not like this amount of stock in issue. Although once further income comes in to support a higher SP a blooming good consolidation would then be appropriate. But given the circumstances I hope they will see the need for UJO to move the company forward and protect it's stock price with the tools /means at it's disposal. To the benefit of all.
Any more of them same antics and I hope UJO raise another £10 million.

I would love to see a share consolidation as the stock is way to liquid diarrhea springs to mind. Now we all no consolidation is usually done to allow a placing cycle to start all over again. That would not be the case here. We are not a lifestyle company and only place to move UJO forwards. The problem is, as I see it our management are allowing certain people to use UJO precisely as a lifestyle company and that is our fault not the person using UJO as a vehicle for it. We need to protect the companies share price. This is a job for management.
This is a great company and we will hopefully loose some of the traders with a damn good consolidation. The market needs traders and investors but there needs to be a balance. We need UJO to re balance the market for it's stock. We are all here to make money but we need a level-ish playing field.
As a share holder I would welcome a re balancing of the stock price to the benefit of all. Traders and investors alike.
Good liquidity is one thing but this is blooming ridiculous.
UJO please take note;
THE NEEDS OF THE MANY OUT WEIGH THE NEEDS OF THE FEW OR THE ONE.

I think this is a very low entry point. New kit could start arriving at West Newton any time. They have installed that electrical generator to ensure there is heat and light for the the site and workers of course.

I believe we have plenty of oil and the next RNS I hope will confirm this to be the case. It is of course great to know we still have all that lovely Gas at the A-1 and A-2 wells, and over 16% of the entire licence area, with other identified prospects.
