Oh well if the scenario for the field study results / off take agreement / finance agreement / Joint venture / take over is interdependent on the issue of the mining licence we just have to remind ourselves that we have submitted a strong application with a robust financing plan and that the Tanzanian Government and He1 are very enthusiastic and confident in this flagship project. Tik-toc.

With regard to the possibility of the Field study not being quite complete. If that is indeed the case then it is a great positive that the application has been applauded as a successful application in spite of that possibility.

Shows great enthusiasm on both sides.

True institutional investors will await a lower risk v reward profile. They are mostly bound by their investment companies investment criteria / limits even though they may well like a slice of the action.

However for the astute, the brave, for those Pi investors that are willing and able they may well take the view that for their amount invested say £1000 they may get a multi bagger that would have taken an investment of £5000 or even £10000 if they were to have played it safe.

Each to their own strategy. But for people who really want it, really,really want it, it's right here and now.

A lot of people are about to become very wealthy here.

Have to say I am absolutely amazed the market hasn't cottoned to the inherent value here. This is an absolute gift. The SP is on its backside and the very near term catalysts are about to send the share price parabolic. And yet you have people saying,

"Well I don't really know".

I'm rejoicing in the fact that He1 meet the commerciality requirements set by the Government to have applied for the mining licence, that we do indeed meet the criteria. Has to be noted that as long as the criteria are met within the application then the issue of the licence will be actioned/authorised. The heavy lifting is done.

He1 have had a lot of work to do.

We are so dam lucky. Doesn't always feel like it but we are. We have got we have got. We can only build on that now. He1 have made it quite clear that is exactly what they intend to do. I wonder who the suitor is ? Find out soon. Let's have that ML and all the details of the FS / JV/ the forward plan in general. No more need to keep things under wraps once issued expect an MOU to come along with it. Imo. Whatever, we will know the forward plan for this great discovery very soon now. It is in everybody's interests from the Tanzanian Government and right down to the shareholders.

Helium One Group (AIM:HE1) the Tanzania-focused helium explorer announced a significant helium discovery of 4.7% at surface on 5th February from the Itumbula West drill in the Rukwa Rift basin, Tanzania.

On 7th February the company raised £4.7 million pounds in a share placing and has been busy evaluating the mass of data recovered from the well to help management consider how best to monetise the find quickly.

The Mining licence may very well allow deals/JV to be concluded that are dependant upon it. Sooner it is issued the better.

Fair play we have been awaiting financeing news for Tanzania for some time now. However this discovery is large and "world class" so I have know doubt there are lots of legal hoops to jump through to include the Tanzanian Government. They have said they have the FS data/numbers,they have said they are in discussions with third parties. They said they have applied for the mining licence.

My opinion is they are going to blow the bloody doors off !

If that sounds a little rampy so what, they deserve a ramp having pulled off what this company He1 has.

Maybe a ramp, but based on solid progress and hard RNS fact.

I think once the news is released it is going to be one hell of an RNS.

He 1 are in a very good place with a confirmed commercial discovery and mining licence applied for and due.

Yes Half-of-2 they do have the right.

I feel we will find as things move forward the project has most likely been given a low ball valuation,as they do. More room for upside than downside imo. I feel the project in Colorado is both understated and almost certainly undervalued. Should He1 take even more of Blue star it would be great for us. But as drilling moves forward I think Blue star share holders are going to be mighty peaved off more so than now once drilling results start coming in. Understaye over deliver.We have had it away here in no uncertain terms. Great job ! He1 team.
