Turns out my MOT was only a snapshot. Not a guarantee the car would be o.k for the next twelve months. Without need for me to raise monies on repairs.

With the best will in the world fully funded in an RNS can only be valid from a snap shot point of view. One decision or event later and you are no longer fully funded. Hope that helps.

I think the helium is commercial subject to economic extraction. Applying for a mining licence is good forward planing for this licence area. I understand the need to be on the look out for other opportunities, but should they present themselves I fear for the sp going forwards if they raise from this level or lower. Hope the recent ventures run to schedule. They don't always. But the income would go a long way towards paying the bods wages and lessen future dilution.

The teaser RNS Is interesting ,certainly unusual. Gives people the chance to have funds in place should trading recommence. I view it as a heads up. Perhaps a kindness. Shareholders have had it very tough here.

I hope for a good uplift in the sp.

Buying live is one thing. You try buying any of the retail offer shares @0.5p Halifax are not participating in the retail offer and say they do not know who is and cannot advise were a share holder might turn to participate. Bit of a bugger really as I liquidated a position in another stock to take part. I guess the institutions will now end up with these retail offer shares.

As shareholder I am some what bemused that a relatively simple set of accounts should have needed an extension to be lodged. This further extension into August I find fascinating.

Can't see the market supporting a placing just to pay the BODS wages pension subs and car at this stage without some tangible evidence of future returns. With a successful extended well test (EWT) A joint venture partner (JV) is a given imo. We already know there have been previous discussions with suiters. Helium 1 will not be behind the curve on this and will be very consciously aware of the need to have in place a (FDP) Field development plan ahead of the curve.

Fail to plan is plan to fail.

Given the amount of progress Helium 1 have made there must at least be the possibility of an early Heads of agreement with a suiter. They may consider the opportunity that might be negotiated now is less of a risk than throwing their hat into the ring with many others on final results.

This is Helium and the prize is absolutely bloody enormous.

I think the question is whether or not Helium 1 could somehow be persuaded to enter into a heads of agreement at this stage.

I wonder how many wells we will end up with. This is truly mind boggling.
