Do some people really believe that the institutional investor has invested over a million quid to make less than a penny profit per share. I think not. They won't be selling untill they see multiple pences of profit. Just the same as the rest of us.

It has to be very worth while at that level of risk v reward. They are not stupid !

The rest was taken by the companies main controlling share holder. They will want to keep control of the % company, they will not be selling for that reason.

Results can land at any time now. Don't get caught short.

I noted the 6.5 mil trade. There was one just prior to that at 13.5 mil not printed yet. So 20 mil over the two trades. Once they were cleared we saw the price start to move up. Worked sells x 2 imo.

Great to know the market soaked the two up. Hope they let this go now.

EUA state they have interested third parties to buy the company or in the alternative a potential management buy out.

I would suggest from a tactical position for a transaction to take place time is now of the essence for any potential suitors.

Vecta Oil and Gas Ltd, operator of the Vector Helium project in which Mosman has 20% WI, has signed a drilling contract with Desert Eagle Drilling LLC ("DED") to drill five wells. DED is the drilling arm of Desert Eagle Operating LLC which has successfully drilled and is producing helium at the Red Rock field wells in Las Animas County, Colorado. The drilling contract includes the intention to commence drilling as soon as possible, depending on timing of various routine matters and weather conditions. Further details will be provided in due course.

Vecta Helium Project

Mosman has a 20% WI in the Vecta project which has five lease areas each with a low cost exploration well drilling location identified. In June 2024, the Operator advised drilling would commence in 2024, however the project Operator has not yet secured a rig, but is actively seeking a rig to drill these five wells, and is therefore not able to provide a definite schedule for drilling. Once a rig is contracted, drilling could commence within a few days.
