Mosman has been in discussions with a local helium business that has expressed interest in acquiring the first well and associated contractual rights of the Billy Goat lease AMI area lease.

Seems to me the offerer would like to do a J/V for the entire Billy Goat licence.

The bod are keeping the results of the first well under wraps, no doubt due to a non disclosure agreement. Still a positive they are now cashed up for negotiation, great timing.

To have made such a compelling offer at this stage is indicative in my view. The bod have the data for this first well.

This unsolicited approach by a third party speaks volumes.

The shareholders have waited years for this discovery. So much time money effort and RISK.

Finally they have a discovery in a known prolific Helium hot spot with some amazing % flow rates for Helium.

DONT SELL IT !

Let them go and spend all that time money and effort, take all that risk. Go and find your own. Sod off !

Seems to me msmn may well have hit a bullseye target in this established prolific Helium producing area.

a long time in the making, a lot of money and time over the years. successful companies do generally take time to evolve. the fact that msmn have attracted a bid that the bod are taking very seriously speakes volumes.

the bidder wants in before the results become known to the wider market.

seems to me after a great deal of time effort and expense they have met with success. looking forward to seeing what they do with there new found success/wealth independently or in a j/v.

the sp is on its ****. fantastic opportunity to make a serious return on investment while others are saying,

"well i don't really know".

the bidder knows.

for those that wait on the sidelines they will end up paying more. the time to take a position is now, just like the bidder is trying to do.

Great to have just done the placing. Puts msmn in a much stronger financial position for negotiation. There may be other companies come forward with an alternative offer. They are not making an offer for fresh air. This looks very tasty indeed. Time for the BODS to stay cool. The word will spread.👀💹🎯

I know the brokers are calling for 20p - 25p per share. Looking at that NS figures this morning I think we could blow those target prices out of the water going forward.

Great to see copper a smidge of $5 a lb this morning. Lovely upside for a producing mine like GGP.

So the Gold price is having a breather, to be expected. However as SD mentioned, even with a pull back on the price of Gold GGP will remain in very good profit.

Havieron has not even come on line yet and we throwing off 2 million dollars a day. Gold is still way up. Trend is friend buy the GGP dips. This stock is insanely cheap imo. The party has barley started yet. Looks as though telfer is Hav 2.

We have not got one mine we will have two. Two million $ a day. That'll do me.

The only reason I think of for the SP to be screwd down into the ground at this level with Gold flying through the roof, is institutional investors trying to screw pi's for every last share pror to results.

I bet they have more than 70% now.

I think it was that the warrant holders would exercise and bring in monies. Better than a placing at 20%-30% discount.

Lots of work still to do but we have their monies to come on.

So glad we are fully funded. If we had to raise I think the discount would be horrible in this climate. Roll on phase 2 drilling results. More drills the better.

They are are very keen on GGP.

I think a lot of investors/money will rotate into GGP. This stock was on a solid uptrend anyway. Yes it has been dragged down by geopolitical events, smashed and caught up with everything else across the market. It is my opinion those same events will now catapult the GGP sp to higher levels at a much faster pace.

If I was looking to protect my wealth I would not be hanging around to see if ths sp dropped a little more I would be in like flyn. I have heard people say over the years strap in and such like. Well on this occasion I believe the shareholders will need to. I would not wait to take a position here. Never mind Monday I would like a position last week. I have got that. I wouldn't wait, I would get in while the going is good in relative terms, and thank my lucky stars to be in at this happenstance of a discounted price. Don't get to greedy. The market already knows this stock is worth so much more.

We all do. GGP makes such massive amounts of real money now. They are producing Gold and copper and making vast amounts of cash.

Anybody still feel like waiting. Well that's the individuals call. I wouldn't the market will correct and leave you behind quicker than you can hit the keyboard.

Investors have got a real opportunity here as have the institutional investors.

I think they are going to grab all they can from here and not sell any, but buy them and never give them back.
