USA Helium Project Update

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM:MSMN) the helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration, development and production company, announces an update on the Vecta helium project and the Sagebrush project acquisition.

Vecta Helium Project

Vecta Oil and Gas Ltd, operator of the Vector Helium project in which Mosman has 20% WI, has signed a drilling contract with Desert Eagle Drilling LLC ("DED") to drill five wells. DED is the drilling arm of Desert Eagle Operating LLC which has successfully drilled and is producing helium at the Red Rock field wells in Las Animas County, Colorado. The drilling contract includes the intention to commence drilling as soon as possible, depending on timing of various routine matters and weather conditions. Further details will be provided in due course.

Sagebrush Project

At the Sagebrush Project, due diligence has been satisfactorily completed for the acquisition of an 82.5% working interest from Seeley Oil Company and the completion process has commenced. Given the time zones with USA and Australia, a 31 January completion may not be announced in London until Monday 3 February.

With a market cap at just 7.81 million this has got to be a mutibager from this level.

Good to know the full FS was lodged with the mining licence application.

Good to know He1 have asked for (EOI) expressions of interest for Tanzania.

Great that He1 have been able to meet, and I would strongly suspect surpass the criteria that requires commercialality as a prerequisite for an application for a mining licence to be made. A successfull application has indeed been made, and commerciality has indeed been confirmed by He1.

The discovery is unique and not only of national significance but global. These factors make He1 a special case. We can expect things to be handled a little differently to other run of the mill projects. Hence the Tanzanian Government/people paying for the special team to guide this through to goal to the benefit of all stakeholders.

This project is a lot more than 53 billion cubic feet forward looking imo.

Very much looking forward to growing revenues from Colorado.

Most of us understand the importance of leverage and what an important role it can fulfil.

Very encouraged by the team appointed by the Tanzania Government to assist with the smooth and timely application/granting of the ML. They don't do that for every body.

They clearly take this discovery very seriously indeed and are keeping their cards close to their chests. He1 and the Tanzanian Government must view the numbers as absolutely of the bloody scale to be this secretive in tandem together and yet investing valuable precious monetary capital from both He1 and the Tanzanian people/their Tax receipts for the team appointed.

Very encouraged that the President of Tanzania wants this sector prioritised.

We have been informed of the special team appointed by the Tanzanian government to aid He1. The Tanzanian government or He1 are not releasing figures for the FS at the moment. They have appointed a team to guide/Help He1 obtain the mining licence now that the contractual goals have been achieved to enable a valid application, also He1 have asked for expressions of interest (EOI).

The rig is hot stacked.

The EOI must have been approved for release by the Tanzanian Government. They have appointed a team in regard to He1. The Government are all over this like a rash. They and He1 are working hand in glove imo. This is going to big and beyond expectations I believe.

It's a monster discovery.

Always good to see further progress at our assets.

When we get some money in the till from Colorado it will be a big help.

What I would really like to see is the ML/FS/JV partner/Bank funding/Venture capital, that sort of thing.

Keep the faith and they will get the business into a profit/sell some of Tanzania via a JV.

We would of course welcome input from a JV partner. Hopefully they will be part of the industry. Could be venture capital though. Great to be preparing to go into production though either way.
